Tamales, fish tacos and the fish plate were all great! All were hearty portions and cost seemed be reasonable. $8 for 2 fish tacos is a great deal since each covered 2 tortillas and were smothered in the fixings with nice slices of avocado to boot.
Fish is heavy on the breading, but a great taste.
Tamales were hot and large. Much better size than the ones you get at the farmers market on Saturdays in Monument.
We don’t do a lot of food trucks, but they have a nice setup. You order, and they provide a pager so you can wait in your car. Food was all piping hot when we got home which was about 3 miles away where they were parked at the Santa Fe trailhead in Monument.
Warning – The green salsa is quite hot. Maybe ask for an alternate needed.
Definitely will visit again, if only to try the other salsas.

This is my local taco truck and I love to eat here. I feel so lucky that this is such a short drive from my house. The pork green Chile tamales are truly some of the best tamales I maybe have ever had. Their tacos are really great too and definitely fulfill my street taco fix. The family is so friendly and kind that runs this food truck. They do accept credit cards in addition to cash. Try their horchata as well if you’re in the mood! It’s super delicious!

I had street tacos with their green salsa! It was delicious. I grew up near the border of Mexico and I had the best food there. It’s always hard to find authentic good Mexican food. This is the place to go if your looking for some tasty Mexican food! My husband and I have decided this is our place we’re going for Mexican food.

Great, authentic food. Great, hard-working family. Red salsa is really spicy and delicious. Everything is fresh and well kept. I keep going back (probably been 10+ times now). I get the burrito and tacos often, but I gotta switch it up.
They’re getting quite popular. I hope they find a nice, little space in town someday. This is the hole-in-the-wall type food I look out for when I’m out travelling, and its right here in motown.

It’s a pretty tasty taco truck. Friendly fast service, and really good horchata. I had the barbacoa, and it was . Make sure to confirm your preferences clearly, as there is a possible language barrier. I would definitely go back.

This is the second time we have had food to go. Both experiences exceeded expectations. We’ve had the tacos, smothered burrito (massive), tamales, and quesadilla. The lady in the window is so nice and friendly. Service is excellent. The salsas are amazing.
