Every time I come to this location there out of something or no one comes to the drive through to place orders or inside. We end up driving all the way to Dawson road location to get way better service! People want jobs but won’t do what they get paid for which is satisfying customers.

This was a great experience! The environment had a sense of mystical wonder compared to any Dunkin I have EVER been to. Peach passionfruit refresher and stuffed everything bagel bites may be my new treat!!
SUGGESTION: 3 and 6 count options vs the current 2 and 4 count options.
I ordered the 2 count and my mouth currently wants just 1 more bite.

This place is always bare minimum. A rushed order.. not so fresh donuts… i dont know. It just feels dead.

I never go out of my way to leavr a negative review, but this is getting ridiculous. Every time I have come to this location I have a terrible experience. Every server I’ve interacted with has been horribly rude and unprofessional. The last time I came here, the woman running the window told me to “hush” when I asked her how she was while she was texting on her cellphone. She then proceeded to *very loudly* use extremely vulgar language with a coworker with the drive thru window open for my toddler to hear. In past experiences, I have been told they didnt have any donuts. Not just the kind I asked for– no donuts at all. At Dunkin’ DONUTS. This has happened on more than one occasion. When you go into the establishment, it smells awful and there’s grime and gunk on every surface.

I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a harsh review but I’m literally over this location! More than once I’ve went here at 7:30pm and nobody comes to the intercom or window. What’s frustrating is I can see the 2 employees in there on there phone and literally just ignoring customers. I also seen an employee walk out and go to the store next door and buy some cigarettes and come back to Dunkin and get back on their phone. Management should definitely look into getting new staff or the current 2 girls will have you put out of business soon.
