This place was Great!!! I really enjoyed the food here. I got the Buffalo Chicken Slice 9/10, White Garlic Sausage Slice 9/10, Italian Beef Nachos 7/10 and The Works Slice 8/10. 1st the slices were so freaking good super crispy, delicious and tons of toppings. My top 2 pizza in Peoria Illinois. The Italian Nachos were ok. They reminded me off school cafeteria nachos. Which isn’t bad. But with delicious well seasoned Italian Beef. Food Game 9/10. Portion Game 10/10 Price Game 8/10. Hoops 9/10. I will come back again and again. Shout to the cook and the bartender Matt.

Mehhhhh. Pizza was burnt, no sauce on our BBQ Chicken, sad to say. The waitress was great, the Philly Steak sandwich was very good. Not sure why, but the pizzas were burnt and lacked toppings, but we will not be back till they can figure out how to cook a pizza. At $28 for a 16 inch Pizza that we were craving, a let down for sure.

Pizza was BOGO free , one pizza is burnt and the other one has a horrible taste, Hoops used to have the best pizza in Peoria to me, so delicious and cheesy and I did not know that they lost their touch . Really wish I would have known before going there because I definitely wouldn’t have spend any money here . Very disappointed

I have not had lousy pizza on this side of town. It’s tasty, and the drinks are spot on even after l got hit in the head by a crazy woman off the street inside.

I came here with great expectations based on the reviews and the pictures. However my experience was it was a big disappointment and it all comes down to the service. Since the moment I arrived I felt that the service was not very welcoming but maybe it was just me, not everyone has to be nice I get that. However during my dinner I was asked if I was going to be there for a while, if I needed a cup to take my beer to go and a couple of more questions that really made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed. Worth mentioning that there were around 10 people in the place including me. So no, they didn’t need the table. And after seeing how the waitress/bartender/owner treated other people I realized it wasn’t me.
Also, there was a lady who was yelling to another lady from one extreme to the other and the bartender didn’t ask her to calm down or anything, it really was weird to see how she kinda took sides here. Again, the service was just awful.
Just to be fair, I have to recognize the food was good, I had the Philly Cheese Steak and a slice of pizza.

Loud & noisy bar atmosphere, but good food. Good pizza & sandwiches. Small place & not much seating so you have to get there early. Friend and I have eaten there a couple times when we were in town for a concert. Not far from Peoria Civic Center. We get there by 4:30 pm so we can get to concert between 5:30 – 6:00. Arrive later than 4:30 & you’re waiting a while for a seat.

Food as always was on point. I got the hot Sicilian hubs got the calzone. We always have exceptional service when coming here. Until tonight. The server/bartender you had on tonight Thursday 10/23/2025 was THE WORST. She didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked in and made us wait 5 minutes until she finally brought us menus. Never asked us what we wanted to drink literally set the menus down then left. We then waited another 5 minutes (mind you we were a 2 top and there were 3 at the bar plus one other 4 top in the whole place) her service was like pulling teeth. I asked for a PBR and this girl asked if I was asking for some sort of Dr Pepper, ARE YOU SERIOUS? How do you not know what a PBR is? IN PEORIA!
Like I said FOOD WAS ON POINT!! Service? Lacking in all departments. My Husband and I come here ALL the time and this is THE first time we have ever been disappointed in the service. My husband ordered a gin and tonic and received a TALL slightly flavored gin drink WITH SODA WATER “oh it’s the same thing “ quoted the bartender. Best slices in town, period! Can’t go wrong with any of the specialty slices. Great appetizers as well. The spicy mustard for the pigs in a blanket is delicious and has a bit of a kick! And don’t forget about the Tator Kegs… A must for the wife and I either before or after Rivermen games. The Wednesday buy one get one special is one heck of a deal as well.
