This is a serious rip off. The beef kimbop (rice roll) was not made by the vendor. It was frozen and microwaved and didn’t even have real beef. It was imitation meat. The dukbokki was also microwave food and the portion was so small. Very disappointing.

I stopped here today for a hot dog while in the mall. The man behind the counter was very nice and there were a variety of hot dogs to choose from. I had the sausage and mozzarella hot dog and it was really good with the sweet chili sauce. I would have another hot dog from here if I am in the mall again.

Not sure when this located to Towson, however my oldest discovered it and we’ve been going for 2 weekends in a row. She loves mozzarella cheese and it’s in plenty supply here. The staffs are friendly, patient and helpful. Will definitely keep going back.

This Korean style hotdog is amazing!!! The food here is really crispy and it just melts in your mouth. Whenever I go to the Towson Mall, I have to visit this stand. My recommendation would be to get either the number 6/7 or the number 2 for your first time here. Also for sauce, I would recommend the Sriracha Mayo and the Sweet Chili. The Aloe Mango drink is really good as well and it goes well with the food. Highly recommend you get this hotdog either for the first time or as a regular. Try it today, you won’t regret it!!

This is a kiosk near the post office, and Santa, in the Towson Town Center. There are a couple tables nearby, but this is in no way a sit down restaurant. And considering the type of food they sell, I can understand why. These are hot dogs and cheese on sticks. They’re made to be eaten while walking.
This was my second time eating from Ssong’s. Of all the places to eat at the mall, this is the one I would recommend. I had the half hot dog, Half mozzarella one that is covered in potato, sprinkled with Old Bay. The cheese pull is serious. The dipping sauces (honey mustard, sweet thai chili, Sriracha mayo) all work well too.
My boyfriend got the one coated in panko. We bought several to take home to friends because we feel like everyone needs to experience these delightful snacks. Go get one!! Bet you’ll become an instant fan

I ordered the mozzarella spicy dog for $5.49. The wait wasn’t long for my order, but the portions were disappointing. There was way more corn dog breading and cheese than hot dog. The first bite was all batter which wasn’t the problem. The 2nd bite I gave to my son so he could try it and basically 99% of the hotdog was in his mouth. I don’t have a teenager, so there wasn’t much hotdog that he got. When I looked at what was on the stick after his bite, there was some cheese and breading left and the very tip of the hotdog left. If it was less than what I paid I wouldn’t have minded, but for nearly $6.00 there was only a mini hotdog in there? What also threw me off was I couldn’t keep my receipt. When they called my #, I got my order and she took my receipt. When I asked for it back, she says they keep them. I have never heard of that before. If you are worried that someone’s getting over on you, you should stamp it or something to make it clear the food was picked up. I won’t be back, that’s a promise.

I am glad that I found Ssong’s Hotdog in Towson Town Center! The hotdog is very crispy, fresh, and delicious. Also, price is reasonable and a lot of clean seatings are available as well. I would recommend this place.
