I live in Ohio and nowhere can you find authentic Birria Tacos and i was so happy it was so delicious. I’m sad to have to write this review because I’ve ordered from here many times. But today my food took 2 hours to be delivered. Which is not a huge deal. I get things happen. But then upon opening the soup I noticed a certain smell. Smelled like pesuña. Which is pig feet in spanish. I have never in my life been served pig feet in a pozole. If you’ve had pig feet before you’d know it’s smelly. Especially if you don’t like it. And there wasn’t really any other meat. Just one big piece of pig foot. I called the restaurant and they admitted that use pig feet and simply hung up. Honestly I was really disgusted afterwards. The soup is being falsely advertised and it seems like they are taking a cheap shortcut using pig feet.

Freshly prepared, hot, delicious food, with big portions. Customer service was courteous, helpful, and attentive. Prices are decent and affordable. My chicken torta was delicious, perfectly seasoned chicken, with fresh toasted bread, as well as fresh and tasty rice and beans. The last time I went here the food was outstanding too, and that was more than two years ago. My sister ordered steak tacos and they were just as delicious if not more than my meal!

Ordered couple tacos and a plate and a drink. They charged us twice and ended up being handed just the tacos. They told us we just ordered the tacos, which was a lie. We told them about being charged twice. They said they couldn’t return our money back. Horrible service.

One word to own up to this place is simply amazing! Everything is cooked to order and comes out piping hot and fresh. Table service is always on point when dining in and takeout is given the same care by the employees as if they were cooking for you as if you were guests in there home. They offer a very wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes. Whatever you get off the menu your sure to be happy!

Blue plastic in the rice. Thick blue acrylic plastic. Was told it was from the twist tie on the cilantro. This was the size and thickness of a fake pinky finger nail painted in a very different blue from the twisty tie that the waiter or GM or whoever showed me. Then told me the only cooks are men. No finger nails. Yeah lol the cooks chop and prep all the produce.,. Ok. He took that order off of the tab hesitantly. I want to go back there because the food is amazing. Hiya. Been going there at least 3 years now. Deleted my 5 star review and am posting this 1 star. Sad. We’d go back if it was handled differently.

There tacos, burritos, and tortas are good. The chips are nasty and stale the salsa is not that good, but the guacamole is good. If they can change that and maybe hire more waiters I’ll give them 5 stars. I’ll be back.
