Slowest service and can’t get orders correct. There were 5 people already eating and no one in line and it still took over 10 minutes for a simple burrito. And to top it off I asked for no avocado or guacamole and they couldn’t get that right. Don’t waste your money or your more valuable commodity, time.

I’m so done with El Pollo Loco. All their locations declining lately. From southern California all the way to here in tracy. Salsa smelled like dirt. Chips were stale and tasted like dirty oil. The service is always horrible the drive thru people are mean and never smile. I’m always so nice to food workers and with El Pollo Loco they’re always so mean or get mad because you ask for one thing! The food is overpriced. I can go to Chile’s or Applebee’s for the same price and better service. The food here was by far the worst fast food I have had in a while. It tastes rotten. And as for the chicken … my dog wouldn’t even eat it. He smelled it and walked away. Goes to show

I like el pollo loco because it’s the only place that offers chicken that’s not fried. But it’s becoming like other places where you get less food for more money. They have reduced the size of the sides and increased cost. The chicken is about the size of a Cornish hen and is so small. The chicken is good so too bad you don’t get a decent portion even when ordering a 4 piece. Wings and legs are so small there’s no meat. The sides are ok but the Mac was less so. It’s stored so hot that the cheese started to separate and the dish was overcooked.

Not to be a Karen but I ordered a double chicken tostada which is supposed to come with a salad sauce, avacado, and get this CHICKEN. Just broke this bad boy apart and I have no CHICKEN, avacado, salad sauce or rice anywhere. On another note I also asked for guac on the side, none of that anywhere either. There wasnt even any spoon of fork. That being said this is the first time this has happened to me at this place. Usually they do get my order right, and the workers are nice; but today im too salty to eat lol.
