I can only blame myself that I keep going back to this location, it’s always a problem and a mess and they’re always out of something, today I was served a squished moth on my tray , made me loose my appetite and I left right away , the manager was nice enough to offer me a free bowl last time they messed up my order last week but it’s ridiculous how many times I’ve had a problem and didn’t even say anything and leave unsatisfied

This polllo loco opens at 10 am. Another customer was there at 10 when i arrived and was treated bad from the manager who opened the door. They opened the door at 10:06 and apparently wasn’t happy about the customer knocking. She only ordered 2 tacos and they took 15 minutes to give them to her and I received my order 35 minutes later. The drive thru seems their priority. The lady tried to say they just open so that’s why it took a long took a while for my order but I said no, I’ve been to plenty pollo locos first thing they open and everything is ready and get my order within 10 minutes.

Something’s going on here because I’m noticing fewer people coming here around lunch. This is like the 2nd or 3rd time that I’ve received my “shrinkflation” tostada bowl. Before, I would complain that these things were loaded with too much beans and rice, but now there’s barely any rice and beans at all. Idk if I’ll be back after my suspicions have been confirmed that they’re starting to skimp out on food.

We live minutes away, so this location was perfect, but in the last year and half, the food quality is horrible. They constantly forget items or mix items to make a product. My nachos have a mixture of beans and cheese sauce, which was very salty. I’d rather drive to the Nogales pollo loco. Sadly, the manager doesn’t care.

This El Pollo Loco very small. It draws a big crowd from the area but, the drive thru is very small and in very bad shape. Ground is cracking, they had sprinkler leak, the turn is very bad there. You can see the curb cracked and chipped because of how many people hit it. The window to get your food is a small glass window. Even the workers struggle to hand you your order and then they drop your change and forget about getting it cause you can’t even open your door. Food is decent and prices are good. $5 combos a bargain especially in this economy. You might want to park and go in to order at this location. They have 2 some fountains inside and restroom was not in bad shape considering how many people they get there.
