Food is very flavorful. I was disappointed when I saw the rice but it was so seasoned and delicious. I’m not sure what meat was served with the breakfast platter, it was supposed to be sausage. I though it was great, my kids not so much. The lady that take your order is very sweet and appreciative. The tacos didn’t include everything that we thought was included which was disappointing and since we got the food to go we couldn’t get it corrected. The dining room is lacking as they don’t keep it well lit. They had a chess set that my son really enjoyed!

These are the best pupusas I have ever eaten in my life. They were cooked from scratch and served so fresh and perfect. I thought I would never find good pupusas again after I left DC but this place is the one. Best in Maryland!

Worst pupusas I’ve ever had. They were barely filled, some spots had no filling at all, only dough. Order was incorrect. Food took forever. I don’t know what these other good reviews are for but don’t waste your money.

The fish tacos were amazing fresh and hot. The owner was very nice and brought my food right to my table. Will be back soon.

The food is always excellent and the service is impeccable. The owner puts so much love into the food she makes and it’s always a pleasure stopping by. My favorites are the bistec encebollado, huevos rancheros, desayuno salvadoreño and cafe con leche. I don’t know if they’re making horchata anymore but the owner was so sweet back in 2020 and allowed me to purchase several liters for my daughter’s birthday party

Family restaurant so don’t expect vip services. Still you will get what paid for. Peaceful setting area and friendly staff. Only problem is they they took longer and have to waste time for waiting and waiting. Otherwise, everything looks great.

Believe the other low ratings. The food isn’t horrible but we have tried a few times and had bad experiences each time from online ordering not working, having to pay cash only, lights not working and sitting for an hour for breakfast tacos with nobody ahead of us.

Hands down the BEST (authentic) tacos in the area! The chicken taco is *chefs kiss*. We have been ordering through Grubhub but stopped in for the first time today and the staff was soooo friendly and accommodating!

Yeah….this place was rough. My buddy and I went here around 8PM on a Monday night after a long bike ride back from Annapolis. We saw that it had around 4 stars so without looking twice we have it a chance. When we got there, it looked closed. All the interior lights were off and there was just a young toddler sitting at a table doing homework on her laptop (no mask). We stood around for a while and a woman came running up the counter. She was very pleasant (too pleasant?) and took our order. She didn’t wear a mask either, and no gloves. She bumped up the price for the burrito by a whopping $4 because of covid, even though the menu showed the original price. Whatever, we paid and waited for food. She brought out chips and hot sauce (instead of salsa….) and again, wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves. Our food came out– I had the grilled chicken with rice, beans, a sad salad, and 3 tortillas on the side (for what?). My buddy got a burrito. Both entrees were absolutely lifeless, void of all flavor. The cheese on the burrito wasn’t melted, it looked like 75% rice, and the chicken tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned at all. We bought left our food half uneaten.

Stopped in for a quick bite today and was amazed at the awesomeness is this little spot. The Salvadorian food is perfection. We had some really amazing tacos and the barbacoa on the sopes was killer!! The Al pastor had chunks of pineapple with it and had really rich flavor. If you like spicy foods ask for the special spice bowl of awesomeness. The deep dark red is heady spiciness and the rich green sauce is a perfect middle-hot delight.
