Love this place! I was sat, served, and had food in front of me so fast! I had their tofu spring rolls and a veggie pho, which was loaded with tons of veggies, which was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back since it’s hard to find good veggie pho in spokane.

We come for the Pho! It’s always good and has never disappointed. I really like their bubble tea as well. I haven’t tried many other dishes but my husband has and says they have all been pretty good.
I always get an order of spring rolls and these are what can be hit or miss. Tuesday, they were a miss. They felt warmer than even room temperature and were kind of chewy. Just meh.
The service here can be hit or miss as well. BUT…

After a long day of driving, Vien Dong Restaurant was exactly what we needed. When we walked in, the place was literally packed—every single table was full. Despite being completely at capacity, the staff was incredibly efficient. Our order was taken promptly, and the food came out surprisingly fast.
The Pho Tai (rare steak) and the Pho Tai Nam (rare steak and brisket) were absolutely amazing and hit the spot after a long day on the road.
Even with how busy it was, the service never felt rushed or chaotic. Everything ran smoothly, which says a lot about how well this place is managed.
If we’re ever back in Spokane, Vien Dong will definitely be a must-stop again. Next time, we’re planning to try the banh mi and bubble tea—can’t wait!

If you’re looking for fresh, authentic and tasty food, this is the place! Ordered veggie Pho, ban mi sandwich and fresh spring rolls. All were excellent! Place was busy but we were seated right away and food came out quickly. Very good service, clean and friendly. New fav spot!

Very good service with smiles and humor. Food is EXCELLENT! Fresh, crunchy veggies, tender meat in a full bodied broth.
I had #29 and my brother had #22. We also had the fried wontons, which were great. Crispy with tasty meat filling. No old oil taste like some places have.
The large bowl is more than enough for dinner and lunch the next day!

Man, I love consistency. Great to see friendly owners we’ve known since the 2000s back at their previous location, and a full house at lunch, which is the norm here. Still the best place to get the freshest in-season vegetables in every entree’, and top-tier broth in every slurp of soup. My old camera (which needs to be retired) is not doing justice to the fantastic lunch this busy family had today. My Wifey’s top choice to eat–8 times outta 10–if you were to ask her…

The vegan pho here is incredible!! The standout is the incredible fresh assortment of veggies they put in the pho. It’s got this amazing blend of mushroom, carrot, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, and even more. The combo of the flavorful broth and ton of veggies really makes this the best vegan pho ever!! The serving size is huge and so filling. Additionally, we got the lemongrass tofu stir fry dish, the fresh spring rolls, and the tofu banh mi. They were all delicious as well! Highly recommend this place for vegetarian/vegan food.
