The service was slow. The gentleman was alone so I understand that. He was really trying. I didnt get tortillas for my fajitas. The food on the other hand was terrible. The steak was flavorless and the portions are small.

We are from out of town and only get to the area once a year. We are very judgemental when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. We had the Albondigas, Chile Relleno, Chicken Enchilada, and Flan. Each was full of flavor and the perfect blend of spices that came together for a truly authentic dining experience. Everything was “muy sabroso!”

Decent food. Not super flavorful. Was fairly cheap. Waiter discounted my girls two for one margarita because she could only drink one. Menu says they charge for extra chips and salsa, which was disappointing. Not sure if they really do or that is for people just sitting around eating them all day. But we did not get more. We both ordered the dinner specials. My girl ordered cheese something and I ordered the enchiladas stacked.

I came here for the Birria tacos & I was extremely disappointed. Threw off my whole vibe. Only reason I put 3 stars is because the green chili was very good on my chili relleno so obviously the other food on the menu must be good.

When I arrived at 6pm there wasn’t a single person in the place. Surprising because the restaurant next door was jumping. Not a good sign. The service was very good & friendly. The salsa that came with the chips was very bland & thin. I like at least a little heat in my salsa. I ordered the surf & turf. Again, pretty bland even though it sounded great. I would recommend keeping salt on the tables at the very least. I will try one more time in the future and give it a chance because of the friendly nature of the place.

Bottom Line: Worst Food I’ve Ever Paid For. I don’t usually review restaurants but this is by far the worst food I have paid for in recent memory. It took a ridiculous amount of time, my tacos were burnt to a crisp with only tiny pieces of some odd pieces of burnt meat inside. Essentially I received a pile of burnt tortillas on top of random onions. Food that wasn’t burnt had no flavor at all. Would absolutely never order from here again.

I don’t know how RICH, the people are who say the prices are good or cheap, but they’re so misleading! $15 for a BEAN BURRITO to go? SO WRONG TONY!!! Claiming had to raise prices, understandable, but $15FOR BEANS AND A TORTILLA? So wrong, and if they’re going to stand behind their choices, soon they’ll be standing behind a counter at Taco Bell, working for someone else. Great way to ruin a family business. Food is good, if you can afford it, but a can of refried beans, a package of tortillas and some green chilies, don’t cost $15 TOTAL! And with a little creativity, maybe taste better too! If this is the best Mexican food restaurant you’ve been in and the best Mexican food, you’ve had, KEEP LOOKING! There’s better and cheaper all around Denver metro area. No need to be loyal to high prices and sub-par servings! YES, ONE STAR REVIEW! Because, during Covid, we the public helped this restaurant stay open, ok food, not great, owner with attitude.
