Might as well be a drive through with how rude, sloppy, and rushed the service is here, on slow or busy days. Even when I’m hungover or starving the food is disappointing for how expensive it is. Usually mess up the bagel order even if it’s as simple as a plain toasted bagel, and they can’t be bothered to get a coffee order right no matter how kind or patient you are. Used to like coming here but this location has changed for the worse in the last couple of months. Other ones I’ve been to are still great, 5 star worthy.

The last two times I’ve came here this is how my bagel has looked. Pretty sad how lazy the workers have gotten.. makes me sad that they don’t care to even look at this and think “would I want to eat this?” No you wouldn’t. Spread the smear. It’s literally the easiest thing in the world. So annoyed.

Bagels are super fresh and always taste great. I go there minimum 2 times a week, great to start the morning with. The only bad thing is that the stuff are extremely slow with making the food, it’s only a bagel with 2-3 toppings why it needs to take 15-20min sometimes?

I bought a Santa Fe bagel which is one of the egg white ones and payed for 2 egg whites. When I started eating the bagel i realized it had yolk on it so I went back and told them and they were just like “oh sorry we’re out if egg whites”, then i asked why wasn’t I informed and they said “oh sorry they must have forgotten” and left. They didn’t even offer any kind of resolution and just ignored me, it’s safe to say I’m never going back there. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Not very impressed at all with the two working this morning!!!! The food was amazing, BUT… They forgot to give is a receipt after we made our purchase and they didn’t put my chocolate croissant in our bag!!!! I wonder if they even out my extra espresso shot in my latte?!?!?!?! They weren’t even busy at all. Very disappointed!!!!! Won’t be going back to this location.
