The place is great outdoor and pet friendly that is why we came here. First time trying the place. I love the outdoor area it’s very nice but they need to get rid of some things that are unnecessary around the area. The food is HORRIBLE except the panzarottini they looked good. We got the Island Nachos and we got no salsa and there was barely any chili or cheese on the nachos. My mom got chips and salsa and it was gross jar salsa really no thank you. She didn’t even eat them. The rum punch bucket is really good but quite pricey for one.
THEY ADD GRATUITY WITHOUT EVEN SAYING OR TELLING YOU ANYTHING. We tipped extra cash they shouldn’t be able to do that less than 6 people. It’s just wrong in my opinion and my mom said the same thing.
I’d come again but only for the drinks and the nice outdoor area of course but I don’t think I’d drive over here for that. Also the bartender didn’t seem so pleased with her job.

We decided to go here after passing by it enough and then seeing that they were offering all you can eat crabs as a special event.
Service was fast and great at the outside bar.
The company managing the crab event, Sparky’s, did an excellent job keeping us stocked up with great crabs!
They even have 2 pool tables under the awning outside.
Overall a great experience!

This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’m still mad thinking about it.
Let’s start with the service. There was only one server struggling to run the bar while another employee just sat at the bar glued to TikTok, not lifting a finger. I ordered a beer and a cocktail at the bar, and the server just disappeared to help someone else while I stood there waiting like an idiot.
They don’t serve tables. You have to order at the bar, pick up your own food, and then eat it out of to-go boxes like you’re at a takeout joint… except they still force a 20% tip on the bill. For what? There’s no table service, no one checks on you, and you’re doing everything yourself.
We ordered potato skins, wings, tostones, and an alcapurria. The potato skins were disgusting—drenched in cheap gas station nacho cheese. The wings and tostones were clearly frozen, low-quality, store-brand stuff. I was genuinely hungry and still couldn’t eat it. And I never throw away food.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse—they charged my card for someone else’s food and then GAVE MY CARD TO THAT PERSON. Seriously. I had to cancel my credit card, freeze my account, and now I have to update all my autopay bills just because of this place’s incompetence.
Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Horrible service, terrible food, shady billing practices. A complete mess from start to finish.

Aloha Bay is a great place to get a drink and sit outside and enjoy the weather. They have pool tables outside to enjoy. Great music and staff. Perfect place to do happy hour

Stopped in for a quick bite while out of town. The restaurant was about 10% full when we arrived, so my family and I chose to sit at the bar thinking service would be quicker. There’s a 25+ age minimum to sit at the bar, which is understandable, but the way the bartenders communicated that policy came off abrupt and rude. Also, if you’re under 25, you’re not allowed on the premises at all after 8pm even if you’re just there to eat.
We placed our order at 7:15pm and didn’t receive any food until 7:50pm mind you it was not busy. Everything came out at once the appetizers & entrees. Had I known that was their approach, I would’ve skipped the apps entirely.
Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t great especially for the prices. I really wanted to love this place because the music was good and the space had a cool vibe, but overall, it was a disappointing experience and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place in general.

This place is definitely a vibe. I will be back, the food is A1, the staff was friendly and funny. The garlic wings needed more seasoning but overall everything was finger smacking .

CONS
1. No privacy at womens bathroom. Door stays open. Folks can see you go in and out the bathroom stall and at the sink.
2. Food is ok. Ordered fried shrimp and fries given one cocktail sauce.
3.There’s a 20% gratuity charge. But you serve yourself, you have to go to the bar and order your drinks/food. And when its done you have to pick it up from the bar once your buzzer rings. Just came from Universal Studios Epic Universe, they only charge 18% for parties 6 or more so you get my drift. Also, if you like hookak its $40 if you need another coal its $5. You basically do everything for yourself.
4. If you want to open a tab bartender keeps your card.
Lastly, its a $10 cover .
