I am super unhappy with my experience today. I usually mobile order everywhere but Einsteins app was down. So I went through the drive thru. There was no line behind me when I pulled through. When I got to the window, I was ignored. I realized I probably passed the drive thru box. I sat for a minute to talk to the employee and apologize. She was very rude when I explained what happened. There was now a line forming and she rudely told me I have to wait in line again. I know I missed the speaker but there was not a line behind me at the start and if the app was not down and if she didn’t ignore me at the window, there wouldn’t be a problem at all. I am very displeased with how the employee handled this situation.

I switched locations at work so I’ve been going every day I’ve worked for the last month, and I order the same exact thing…and every time theres something wrong with my order. I ask them to cut my sandwich in 1/2 and they don’t(not a big deal but when you’re eating on the go it’s easier), or my sandwich has been cold, and the last 3 times they’ve given me the complete wrong order. I never had this issue at the National location but now it’s out of the way on my commute to work.

Stood there in the mostly empty lobby for what seemed like 10 minutes while the employees and a couple discussed how they were sick of bagels and couldn’t wait to go smoke and eat at McDonald’s. Then when I order my 6 bagels and had them cut, 3 of them were very poorly cut, like just the top ¼” was sliced. The bagels themselves weren’t very chewy, more like stale bread. My first experience at Einstein and my last.

I paid for the brunch box for two, a strudel, and two doggy bagels. I had my dogs with me when I went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t give me the bagels that i paid for. the food was already cold even tho i showed up 5 minutes passed the time i scheduled it for. I normally love coming here before work , but this time may have ruined it for me all together.

Don’t waste your $$! Ham, egg, cheese sandwich disgusting! Eggs like rubber, 1 little slice of cheese for $8! Avocado toast, could be good if avocados were ripe!!! 2 Asiago cheese bagels that had barely any cheese on them & were tough!! Plus, one more breakfast sandwich that we couldn’t finish. & for $$28!!!!!! If I was still in town would have taken it all back for a full refund!! Will NEVER go back there again!

Best Einstein’s Bros in town! Not only are the best bagels in town, but the best service too! Sarah and her crew have the most positive attitude and genuinely care about their customers. They have had staffing issues as all places have had, but they have handled it like a champ. Can’t say enough great things about this location!
