Out of Lox and parfaits at 10:30am. I’ve come here twice to try and get lox and they have been out both times leaving me very disappointed. Aside from that they have great, fresh bagels and sandwiches (although they are pretty light). Staff are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. A variety of seating, and a nice choice of coffee make it a really cozy environment. I will probably call before i come next time to see if they have any Lox.

This has to truly be the slowest serving place to possibly go. It’s bagels. A 30 minute wait time on a pick up order that was already placed and paid for? I hesitated to leave a negative review and just rate it but decided to come back and add my experience, and this has happened twice. Any orders placed ahead of time should be ready, especially considering it’s just bagels that are already ready in a display case the store was clean, that is the only positive thought I had about any of my experiences here. Would not recommend.

They do have good food. It’s just hard to get your order correct & you aren’t getting what you pay for. Usually when I order the turkey bacon avocado, they leave out the bacon and avocado.. or I’ll say two eggs & only get one. If I’m paying $20 for two sandwiches I would like for them to be correct!!

After waiting 40 minutes, asked about my order. They started look thru the orders. All I ordered was 1 bagel and 1 bagel sandwich. After asking, I finally got it 3 minutes later. Customer service is horrible! No apology or anything for my wait time.

I always think Einstein bagels is delicious. I decided to venture off and try something new, ie the avocado bagel. As you can see from the picture, I thought it would be a spread like the photo advertised, but I got a bunch of chunks. The first half was spread though. Other than it being chunky, the concoction is beyond delicious.

I love Einstein Bagel’s so much but this place is seriously a hit or miss. I have (on multiple occasions) called to ask to have bagels set aside and they tell me ok….then I arrive when I told them I would and they look at me with confusion when I ask where my items are. Then I get the excuse “oh we’ve been busy.” No apology, nothing to try and make it right. I understand busy, but if you tell a customer you set something aside for them that is what you should do. I shouldn’t drive all the way there just for them to give an excuse and that continues to happen.

I’m spoiled. I lived outside New York and had access to fresh-made bagels. Einstein bagels are ok in that context. The sandwich selection and other options make this a good place for a quick breakfast. The service at the Newnan, GA location is excellent.
