Einstein’s typically has good service and food but my most recent experience was not good due to being double charged on their app by my bank plus Einstein app took away 200 points for something I had to pay to get. I placed an order for 2 sandwich and 2 drinks for $32.70 plus got another sandwich for 200 points. The app had no problem taking my money and points but the store did not get the order. They insist I make the order again and if I had problems with the charges to contact corporate. I was charged another $32.70 plus $10.26 (originally suppose to be a free sandwich). The app & my bank account reflected the double charge. I was charged a total of about about $76 plus 200 points for 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I did reach out to corporate/ guest services on a midday Monday with message and tried calling but no success. IDK if this Google review that I left several days later helped to move things forward but that Friday night, my points were given back. On the following TH, my bank account reflected a $32.70 refund. I feel hesitant on using the app which I used to love. The restaurant, employees, & food is all good and it is a great place to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch. There is usually a wait when you order inside but it is good and fresh.

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. The menu was varied and the food was very good. We will definitely be back. I got an iced caramel macchiato and it was better than almost any other iced coffee drink I have tried.
Second visit got the Maple Bacon breakfast sandwich which was outstanding. I noticed the freshly ground their coffee beans!!!! Everything was delicious. As soon as the breakfast crowd left, the staff rushed out and cleaned the whole dining area.

Good food. Love the bagel option. In this pic, I went with the potato bagel for my egg avocado garden sandwich – 2 egg whites, spinach, avocado and the roasted tomato spread. The sandwich wasn’t hot, and was barely warm when I ate it (about 3 minutes after pick up) but was still good.

Had the Octoberfest bagel sandwich, a twice baked hashbrown and the Maple Bagel sandwich. Also had an iced mocha latte and an iced chai latte. Unfortunately, none of it was very good. The Octoberfest sandwich was ok but it needed to be toasted and just fell apart. The Maple sandwich was too sweet to eat and the microwave sausage and bacon was underwhelming and tasteless. The twice baked hashbrown seemed like it hadn’t even been baked once. The potatoes were actually not done all the way through. The chai latte had a funny taste that made me question the milk in it and the mocha was just ok. All in all we spent about $30 and ate less than half of what we ordered. It was disappointing.
I will say that the service was very nice and everyone was very friendly.
Don’t feel the need to come back, though.

Walked in to an empty restaurant. Five workers behind the counter. Yes, there was a line at the drive thru. I stood at the counter and waited to place an order, ignored by the whole staff. Soon, the line behind me started to back up. Still, everyone was focused on everything but the customer in front of them.
Overall, the experience was ok. The bagel was barely toasted. Our order was correct, so at least they had that going for them.

Was finally able to make my schedule work and get in to try the bagel I had been wanting, and it didn’t disappoint. I got the Maplehouse Egg sandwich, and my husband got the Bacon, Avocado & Tomato sandwich. Both were great. The iced coffee was a little strong for me, but I was enjoying my sandwich too much to get it fixed.

I come in every now and then to Einstein’s the manager is BEYOND AMAZING SHE IS always so welcoming. However it’s her younger staff that seem to slack off at times. I’ve come thru the drive thru about 3 weeks ago and had to wait 20ish minutes for my coffee because two girl were just goofing off in the drive thru. I’m not sure what there names are but one was blonde and the other I believe was a manger because she had on a shirt different from the other girl. I just see how the manger works very hard to keep this place in check and I know she would like to know if someone wasn’t staying on task;)

Out of Lox and parfaits at 10:30am. I’ve come here twice to try and get lox and they have been out both times leaving me very disappointed. Aside from that they have great, fresh bagels and sandwiches (although they are pretty light). Staff are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. A variety of seating, and a nice choice of coffee make it a really cozy environment. I will probably call before i come next time to see if they have any Lox.
