My favorite bagel ever. Jalapeño everything with bacon egg & cheese. SOO good. Not too spicy, it comes with two fried eggs and crispy bacon and cheese. Delish!!! The home fries are also incredible.
The atmosphere of the shop is so cozy and quaint. Been coming here for years and the bagels and coffee are always consistently wonderful!!! You will not regret!

Super cute place. It is small so expect to have to take things to go, just in case. The people are friendly and the bagels are super tasty. The coffee is great too with a bunch of choices and options to customize. We will definitely be going back!

First time ever visiting! The coffee was extremely good. Sadly, we did not get to try their bagels as they had completely sold out for the day, but we got two sandwiches instead. The Reuben was delicious. Definitely worth a second trip!

Stopped by for a quick breakfast and was humbled by the authenticity of this spot. Owner was taking orders and his staff brought out the food. Eating area is a little bit small so be prepared to wait if its busy.

Even after 5-6 years Rich still remembered me! This place is fantastic. My most favorite sandwich/cafe in Frederick. A hidden little gem offering outstanding food and even better service/vibes.

No cortado on the menu so I ordered a cappuccino. It was not as creamy as I would prefer, but I did enjoy all that fluffy foam on top.
I also ordered a tuna salad on a bagel. The bagel was amazing, but the salad was a bit watery. There were many options for bagels to choose from.
Enjoying life one cortado/cappuccino at a time.

First time visiting and it was a good, little joint. The breakfast sandwich with the everything bagel was really good, though too much cream cheese overtakes the egg and bacon. Cozy little joint with a rustic atmosphere. Only real complaint was the spiced cider. It was so hot, I was not able to even take a sip until I left. After it had cooled down, I could taste the apple.
I would recommend to those who want an easy breakfast.

I’ve been coming to Bean & Bagels for close to 20 years now. The owner always remembers me, my Family, and my favorite drink. The bagels are Excellent!!! My personal favorite is the sun-dried tomato bagel BLT with a mocha breve. Pure indulgence. There is pleasant seating outside and the inside has oodles of neighborhood cafe charm. Places come and go in Frederick all the time but if you want to experience a real institution of the city m, then you should definitely visit Beans & Bagels!

Beans & Bagels, a mom-and-pop restaurant adorned with Steelers memorabilia, offers a cozy ambiance perfect for American football fans. The place has a charming, albeit slightly dated, feel and could benefit from some upgrades, particularly in the furniture department.
Our order included 3 cheese grill toasts, a turkey sandwich, and a veggie sandwich. The food overall was tasty and satisfying. However, the grilled cheese was slightly overdone, leading to a bit of a burnt taste. Despite this minor issue with one of the dishes, the overall experience was pleasant, warranting a solid four-star rating. Beans & Bagels is a great spot for those looking for good food in a homely, sports-themed setting. bit old and needs an upgrade, especially on their furniture ( look at the attached photo)
