1st time ordering from here. Popped in a couple of times on a Door Dash order.. Decided to try it out myself. The food wasn’t bad at all. I know the lady that took my order thought I was crazy by how I reacted when I found out they didn’t have a lunch menu and had not offered a lunch menu for some years now. Lol, I had to fill her in on my newness to the state of VA and 1st time ordering from there. But overall, the service was pleasant, and the wait wasn’t long at all. General so for me and son and the beef lo mein for hubby.

Before I express my opinion on the quality of this establishments food, I would like to Acknowledge the great precautionary measures this establishment takes to ensure the safety of their customers. They do a great job minimizing contact with customers and having hand sanitizer available at all times. As far as the quality of their food, I want to be completely honest when I say it is disgusting. On two separate occasions I ordered the same meal (Shrimp with Broccoli) and on both occasions the smell of the shrimp was overpowering. It smelled like a fish Market. The shrimp tasted so bad/spoiled, I didn’t feel comfortable taking another bite so I trashed my entire meal. The Broccoli was so firm you could hear me crunching on it while I chewed as well. Overall the experience I had with this restaurants food has not been satisfying at all

Got shrimp lomein and the veggies are very hard and shrimp is mushy. The whole dish was dry as well. This was my first time getting food from here and will be my last. I’m saddened because I had high hopes!

Our soup was old and the cashier attitude sucked. She laughed about us returning our food, and most definitely her body language was giving speaking negatively about my husband and I In her language… When she gave us our FRESH SOUP! I said thank you, she looked down and Ignored me. I will never eat here again. Customer service is everything in a business this ain’t it. If you stay in hopewell try the Chinese restaurant right across from Taco Bell awesome food and customer service!!

Great food, awesome friendly and cute staff. I loved my experience. Their hot oil tho… so tasty but as a man that has ghost pepper hot sauce and orders mission meats Carolina pepper jerky I couldn’t handle their hot oil. 10/10 lol you weren’t expecting that I bet.

I got the general tso’s chicken delivered to me. They said it would take 30 to 35 mins but they showed up in 10. The driver was out of breath and rushing me to sign the receipt. It smelled amazing but tasted like bleach and dirty kitchen utensils. I am by no means being any sort of extra right now. I called back just to let them know about my experience in a nice way and the woman hung the phone up in my face. The fried rice was nothing special, no added veggies or onions just straight rice fried in soy sauce, the egg roll was pretty standard it was a nice size and was about the only part of the meal that was enjoyable. I will not be spending my money here ever again, horrible customer service and chicken glazed in dirty sponge tasting non sense. My Netflix and chill turned into Netflix and vomit. Never again! Don’t waste your time or your money. Food code Standards do not start here.

First time ordering from them tonight and the food looked and tasted old. There were no Chinese cookies, forks or napkins with the order that was delivered. They do however have a nice online ordering service which lets you see the prices before ordering and you total including the different fees. Once ordered it shows your delivery time which is almost an hour but they delivered 15 minutes before the estimated time.
