Ordered a large Tower. Every specific that I did not want any olives. Told the girl over the phone no green olives and no black olives. When I picked up the pizza it was covered in green and black olives. I told the employees I needed a new pizza made, which they did and it was correct, no olives. The one employee even gave me a free 2 liter of Pepsi ( it was warm). Get the pizza home and it was awful! Under cooked so the dough was chewey and the veggies were super crunchy. Will not be going back.

Wouldn’t really buy pizza here. Their sauce, cheese, and pepperoni is too plain. Sometimes they burn the pizza just because they forgot it and still sell it. Their 2 liters are $3 When you can go to a gas station down the street and get 2 of them for the same price. Also, asked the manager for a refund one day, they said they don’t give refunds. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT WHEN THERE IS NO SIGN. Told them to put up a sign, a month later, still no sign. Would rather get dominos or pizza hut.

The service was bad. I placed an order at 6:30 pm to pick up and was told it would be about an hour or a little over. I had no problem with that and asked what was a good time to come and pick it up. The response was 8:45 – ummm…that is way more than a little over an hour (someone can’t do math). Still not a problem as we weren’t super hungry and were ordering knowing that on a Saturday it may take some time. I showed up at 8:45 and there was one person at the counter in front of me and their order wasn’t ready so they sat down. I went to the counter and the girl working would not even acknowledge that I was standing there. I stood there for 20 minutes and should have just walked out! Another customer came in and asked me if I had helped yet, which I told him no, and the two of us stood there being ignored while two employees made sandwiches. Come on, my pizza should have been ready for pick up. Finally a male employee acknowledges those of us standing at the counter waiting to pick up items, as by this time there is a line, but it takes like 10 minutes for them to finally come to the counter. Then the guy employee tells the girl employee that I have the taco pizza – ummm, no, I’m a vegetarian and didn’t order that. I have never been there so I don’t know why they thought I placed that order but I corrected him and told them what I ordered. At this point a third employee appears, who I assume was maybe the delivery driver. So all three of them are walking around looking scattered and those of us in line are wondering what the heck is up since they can’t help us and there is a big stack of pizza’s waiting to be picked up. I get my pizza and tell the girl I would like to add a two liter of Pepsi to the order before I pay. She gives me the Pepsi and tells me how much it is and I pay and ask for my receipt. She just gives me a deer in headlights look and seems so confused. She finally responds that the receipt is on the pizza box. I comment that doesn’t include the price of the Pepsi as I didn’t order Pepsi when I placed the order over the phone so that should have been added to the bill – again, I’m thinking there is a math problem. The guy who I think is the delivery driver comes over and is telling her how to add it to the order (that I paid for already) and she is so lost and confused. I will admit, I kind-of feel sorry for her as maybe she was new. She can’t figure out what she is doing and after several minutes the guy just tells me to take the Pepsi. As I walk out people are shaking their heads. I got there at 8:45 for a pizza I ordered at 6:30 (that was only supposed to take an hour to get) and didn’t walk out until 9:10. Then I get home and the pizza tastes horrible! Yuck! Never again. I ended up throwing it out.

Definitely not deep dish! I’ve been disappointed twice in two weeks here. Won’t be back. Check out the filthy fur hanging from the hood over the ovens. The place is a disgrace.

Found out after the fact that they have alot of health code violations. I try not to eat at places with health code violations. Keep your place clean and handle and store you products properly or dont be open.

Giving this restaurant four stars because they actually had pizza dough made and ready unlike the one in Wellington. The pizza is okay three stars.
