It’s been plenty of years since I have been in a college cafeteria, but East Campus Union’s cafeteria is much nicer than any of the previous ones I have visited. And there’s plenty of variety of food, including the delicious salad and buffalo chicken wrap I had during lunch. I doubt I’ll go out of my way to eat here, but I won’t go out of my way to avoid it if I have another meeting here and need a a quick bite to eat.

Great food with a great chef! – Everytime! I went in February to the Mardi Gras food festival and it was something!! Gourmet shrimp, lamb and chicken dishes, and desserts which like the bread is all made in-house. This place is run by Chef Ron, who is from New Orleans, and his dishes are wonderful! Great staff, too! The cost was only $12 for a feast!
