I go to Dunkin 3 to 4 days a week Monday through Friday. I do my order online for a walk and pick up if there are no cars I go through the drive-through. when I go through the drive-through it’s always “order when you’re ready” there’s never any type of greeting the morning. For example, I said thank you the girl hands me my coffee and just walks away. I repeated thank you she just looked at me and turned around. I don’t understand the lack of manners? What happened to just being kind? that’s not just with one worker that’s with almost every worker there there is 1 to 2 sweet girls, and they always say good morning have a good day. As a customer that goes there at 6 AM almost every morning attitude is something you don’t want to deal with really shapes your day. At least the coffee always taste great, right?

I’ve been going here for almost a year. The staff are amazing even though I go in the afternoon when they are closing and are limited to some items they are always courteous and are very kind. Keep up the good work.

The cinnamon roll was kinda stale, and it was relatively early. The coffee was really weak. The tables hadn’t been cleaned. The lady who helped me has excellent customer service skills.

I was a huge fan. Started going Dunkin when COVID first hit a few years ago. The coffe was great and price was cheaper than the other chains. But for the last year and a half the coffee has been hit and miss (more miss) taste bad. too sweet, too bitter, to much of one thing or not enough of another, who knows. Ive asked if the formulas have changed but every time it’s the same mix, but different taste. I don’t visit as much as I like

Best coffee ever and love their mini stuffed everything bagels. Usually, I go through the drive thru and service is typical of a drive thru. Prices are starting to get a bit to high and soon will be priced too high to go multiple times a week.

I normally go through the drive thru and pick up my stuff. It’s always quick and my coffee is made right. The only issue I have is they are always busy and it affects the attitudes of the people working. They are not always friendly.

Was a bit surprised that the lobby was closed at 11am but went threw drive up and they need to fix there audio system the person taking the order keep saying huh every time I spoke. But it’s all good.
