Just went in and got 2 chin dynasties to go, lemon chicken and a orange/Mongolian chicken. Got home to find the lemon chicken is basically a brick with ZERO edible meat. Very disappointed in how much the quality of food at this location has dropped. Will not be returning.

Got chin dynasty and the portion was little compared to how I was served at other places now. They even weighed the food which I get it to save profit but come on? You charge me for noodles and i got like one scoop. The food only filled like half way of the container. Disappointed

when I walked in the lady behind the counter was sweeping. When she saw me, she put the broom down and went to rinse her hands with water and did not use soap. When she came to make my bowl, I asked her if she was going to use gloves or go back and wash her hands with soap and she said no. I’ve turned around and walked out, it was very unsanitary and there’s no way that I would recommend going here. After this experience.

Spent $15 for boney egg rolls and disgustingly overcooked chicken. Chicken I sat and waited for them to make fresh because they didn’t have any available to order like the rest of the food there. 2 breaded chicken breasts made completely inedible because you cooked the moisture out of em until they were dark brown and rock hard.

small portions!!! staff is rude I asked for a little bit of extra meat and he was like oh that would be $4.50. well this is what I got for $12 a half a scoop of rice a half a scoop of bourbon chicken and one full scoop of orange chicken. when I asked because there’s other customer that had very much larger portions to my size . Went during early dinner hours. Most items in the steam table were decently fresh, and it didnt take long to get a fresh beef and broccoli as they had been out at the time I ordered. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. Will be happy to return again.

Maplewood Leeann Chin: Chintzy amount of lo mein noodles; also, I ordered an entree and got about 3/4 cup or less of rice with my order. Most Leeann Chin restaurants give a person more than that for an entree. Too little food for so much money. I won’t be going back there.

Food is always hot and tasty. My only issue is NOBODY WEARS GLOVES HANDLING FOOD. I have worked in the food industry… everyone knows when you cook or serve food.. wear gloves. I’ve been here many times and although I keep coming back.. I’d like them to take this into consideration…

Messed up my order 3 times and I took the 3rd wrong order just to stop them from wasting more food. The waist length ponytail swinging everywhere on the gal dishing up food just added to the issues. I’ve managed food service for years and that is such a violation. Braid it, put it up or get a snood. Don’t even get me started on the lack of gloves. Breaking down the line seemed to be more important than serving the line of customers. $24 for a meal I don’t want. I wanted Lemon Chicken with Fried rice after seeing how dried out the sesame chicken looked. First she made a combo plate, then sesame with brown rice, then sesame with white rice. Didn’t think it was that hard an order to get Lemon Chicken! Tested the sesame chicken and it is just as dried out as it looked. Got home only to discover they messed up my son’s order, too, which was also lemon chicken. Do Better. Ended up ordering pizza. Monday 6/16 725pm
