Went to dunkin donuts on Labor day, they were open, and lots of people working, but I was early, so line wasn’t bad. Plenty of donuts to choose from, but no old fashioned. That’s ok, the French one looks good. They have breakfast sandwiches, I got the maple bacon, it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I also got a macchiato, and added Carmel to it, pretty good coffee, if you like sweet coffee. Place is clean, of course, being new. Parking lot wasn’t too bad. They have a restroom, but I didn’t go in. Looks good.

Last few times they’ve gotten my mobile order wrong. Every time they don’t have a donut available, they choose one themselves instead of asking. Staff seems like a bunch of students with no experience.

I wish we had another location near me the staff at this location are so rude and even rude to my 7 yr old granddaughter we love dunkin but dread dealing with the staff in concord c.a. we go everyday befor school and they are always rude and not friendly I can’t wait till another coffee shop openers in this area like Dutch bros. I’ve even emailed Corp. And they are still rude

The store closes at 7 pm and we just arrived at 6:30 and the person taking our order let us start ordering and then decided to say their kitchen is closed for the night! What a joke. This isn’t the first time they’ve been “closed early” either. Many times we go and they close before their posted hours online.

The New Dunkin is open! This new layout of the store is open and friendly and they have a new coldbrew on tap system. The franchise owner is an area native and super friendly. The whole staff is upbeat and friendly as well. The drive through here is easy to get into. While you can turn left out of parking lot, it is probably best to go down to light before heading back up clayton rd especially during high traffic times. I will be back…. Alot.
