I typically love this location as a good coffee from here is a nice addition to my morning. Unfortunately, this morning they completely butchered my order. The line was so long because of the insanely slow movement of the employees that I decided to spare them and just take the visibly wrong drink. It was disgusting, easily the worst coffee I have ever drank.

This location is on campus. You order at a kiosk and then wait for them to call you. For the money I think it’s better than the other expensive coffee shop on campus but they get so busy they can’t keep the waiting area clean during peak times. The coffee etc is exactly what you would expect it to be from a Dunkin Donuts though. However the selection of donuts has been limited when I have gone in there.

I wanted a cold latte and the lady said they couldnt change it, so then I said I’ll just get a refund. Then the lady said here just give me your ticket, so I did. she said it wont give you as much coffee because I want light ice. I have been to a million other dunkin donuts and never had an issue. They still made the hot latte snd I had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to even come out to get a refund.

They have coffee and they have donuts. ❤ Dont be too discouraged by the service though. The management really does try their best to run this DD along with the other concepts at this dining hall. It’s just that when your workforce mainly consists of college kids with no aptitude for work with a high worker turnover rate, customer service will tend to be iffy. Even more so, Imagine having to manage such people. Think of that one person at work that makes you think to yourself,” why does this person work here? I feel like they’d rather be anywhere else but here.” That’s what could be said of at least 50% of the employees here. But hey , its a learning experience for everyone and again, its just coffee and donuts. Can’t go wrong with that.

Not sure what happened but the coffee was always on point. The last two visits the coffees were not drinkable! Went back to get two new drinks and the employees were very defensive and rude. Tasted the coffee, still the same. Just threw it out and took the loss of a few bucks. Won’t go back.

Only way to place an order was an acutely limited self service screen, upon asking for oat milk which was disabled as an option the lady said “you didn’t click that” as if i didn’t already know… order came relatively fast but any other location would have allowed my request as I’ve visited many. Sometimes during a rush you will have to wait 30ish minutes for food. I would try to order ahead if you are worried about time before class or work. One time I had been there for 30 minutes and needed to leave before being late to work and they said there was nothing they could do. I went back later and got a refund.
