Periodically I visit this location and am greeted by a friendly young man named Brandon whom works at the drive through window. It is a pleasant surprise to find someone like Brandon who is actually professional and efficient performing this type of job. Brandon should be appreciated for his valuable contribution to this company. This is exactly the type of person who should own a franchise. At the very least, Brandon’s salary should be increased considerably before he is offered a more lucrative opportunity. It would be mutually beneficial to compensate excellent employees as Brandon.

My husband went to get us the Spicey chicken meals for lunch and they both were a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The chicken was so rubbery if not for the sauce i would think it was fake. I couldn’t even pull it apart. The Chicken had so much grease on it that it soaked through the wrapping. Now i know why i don’t eat fast food often..

Their customers service skills are in need of help & improvement. My husband & I were in line waiting for 20 minutes, got our order then items were missing had to get into the drive thru line again, wait another 10 minutes… let me say I was not a happy camper & was afraid of any tampering with the food. We were well mannered and spoke in natural tone. Hmmm, never again next time just wait go somewhere else.

Charged me for a whopper meal when I said jr whopper meal. There employee switch my sandwich to the right one but the manager had a attitude and didn’t want to hear it. She refused to refund the money of the difference. This happened 08/19/22 between 2:30pm-3:00pm. Must be nice to steal money from a customer and have no customer service skills to call yourself a manager.
