It’s Burger King so that’s a plus. It’s always crowded because we need a nuclear incursion to reduce headcount. Not really Burger Kings’s fault. What was wrong here was the absolute lack of condiments easily available, as well as getting the order fundamentally incorrect.

I settled into my seat for a grueling four-plus-hour bus ride, and within the first hour, a fierce thirst hit me hard. It’s wild how intense it gets when you’re stuck on a bus with no stops until near the end. Finally, we pulled over for a quick 10-minute break, and I spotted a Burger King nearby. Inside, a lone employee was hustling behind the counter, powering through his shift without a hint of complaint.
Desperate to quench my thirst, I approached him to buy a small drink. My jaw dropped when he said a small cup was nearly five bucks. Stunned, I asked about water instead—turns out, even that had a price tag. Sensing my reluctance, the cashier paused, then kindly offered me a courtesy cup. That small gesture hit me right in the chest.
I darted to the fountain, filled the cup with ice-cold water, and chugged it down—pure relief washing over me. Grateful, I returned to the counter, asked for his name, and promised him a glowing review. It felt like the least I could do for his generosity.
So, thank you, Joe, for being a bright spot in the middle of my long night. I hope someday you get the same kind of help when you need it. Looking forward to crossing paths again next month

I ordered for take out with sufficient time to be ready today while my bus made a quick stop, but they served first the order of another person who ordered after me. I said to the cashier that my bus was departing in 4 minutes and asked how many minutes more a she said in 2 minutes while she was watching her phone, but the time that the bus driver gave us was over and it wasn’t ready my order yet, so asked for my fries and soda and still she gave me the wrong size tap for my soda, I was hoping to have something to eat from my long way to home and this is what happened, I left hungry and angry

Terrible service. Ordered two things of 8 piece chicken nuggets which is supposed to come with 4 sauces (2 per order). There were 0 in the bag. When I went to the counter to get the sauces, the lady working was incredibly rude. She refused to give me the 4 sauces included in my order and the sauces she gave me weren’t even the right ones. When I pointed this out she rolled her eyes and handed me two more incorrect sauces (taking away the first wrong ones cuz for some reason she wouldn’t give me 4) Eventually I just relented and took what she gave me cause it wasn’t worth the fight. Also this was literally on Christmas Day. Love to see everyone in the holiday spirit. Do better.

Food is regular for fast food. The service was lacking. The employee from the night before apparently enjoys taunting disappointed truckers that are not able to be served when they’re closing, although the app says its 24/7. Got breakfast from there the next morning. No friendly service, and you’re getting your own coffee from the center of the food court even though you’re definitely paying out the nose for that service plaza atmosphere! : D

The young girl who works at the front counter is the most depressed downer of a human I have ever encountered. She needs to learn customer service skills, her hat covered her eyes and she wouldn’t even look up. She needs to learn not to mumble and speak clearly. The older lady however who served us our meals was lovely. She should probably be the one serving the customers and the young girl put out the back where she can’t be seen.
