Door was locked upon arrival even though they were open for business with guests inside. A patron opened the door for us. Cashier appeared to have limited English language skills and didn’t understand what we were ordering. No one unlocked the door for about 10 minutes and guests had to let customers in. The ceiling was leaking on the heads of people in line. No one mopped up the water and a caution sign wasn’t put down until after a customer demanded someone do so.

This place is an operational mess. Your order will be wrong, the iced coffee is overly watered down. You should be able to tell the difference between tea and coffee. Do not think that a DoorDash experience will be any better. They will send you the wrong order. The Doordash distro at this location cannot read. I have gotten Jasmine’s order and Allison’s order. Those names are a far cry from Jeffrey.

This location used to be awesome (during the Lovebug days) but has progressively declined over the years. It is terrible now and my last visit on 3/27/23 has made me no longer want to spend my money with this company as a whole due to the lack of customer support I have received. I placed my order, recieved my coffee, pulled off, tasted my order, and came right back around the drive thru. When I came back to ask for my order to be corrected, they (the owners kids working the window) yelled at me what’s the problem, there is no such thing as what I ordered (lrg coffee no cream no sugar w/ 5 pumps of hazelnut SWIRL; same order for the last decade). Long story short…. I dont mind paying extra to avoid being lied to and have a consistency in quality. You can catch me at Starbucks moving forward.

I would not recommend coming to this Dunkin location. I pulled out my breakfast taco and following it out of it’s bag was a small spider. When they gave me my straw the wrapper was so wet it was stuck to the straw that I was having to peel it off the straw (ended up throwing it away because I was so grossed out). My bag that had the food in it had black stains on it, along with the bag that held my breakfast taco. I’m so grossed out from this experience and would recommend finding a different Dunkin to go to.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had with retails. I placed a big order for a meeting at work using Dunkin Donuts app. at 7 am. After I drove all the way to their store to pick up my order, they told me that there was a problem with their supplier and they don’t have any donuts today. All their shelves were empty. I asked them for the refund for the money that I had paid, they told me that I have to contact their customer service for refund since the transaction was online.

Comically bad. The people (maybe just the one person?) who works there literally just leaves and isn’t there a lot of the time. During open hours there’s a 20% chance an employee will be there to operate the drive thru. (It’s not open at all other than drive thru.) When the employee is there, service is excruciatingly slow with errors every time, but my main complaint is that this is an unstaffed location.

Not the usual Dunkin flavor. Dunkin is probably #4 or #5 when choosing a coffee shop. This one was on the lower end of below average. Employees weren’t helpful and couldn’t answer simple questions. I’d skip this location.

Stopped by the drive thru for a drink and a donut. Tried to order 3 different donuts, was told “we’re out of that one” every time. Decided to just get coffee, settled on an iced cappuccino . Got to the window and was handed some sort of frozen drink, and after I told the cashier it wasn’t correct, the manager rudely yelled “What’s the problem?” at me instead of simply asking what the situation was. When I explained she said “this is the drink you ordered.” After arguing with her about the basics of coffee and customer service for about 30 seconds, I decided to leave with nothing and have challenged the charge to my credit card with my bank.
