5 stars for the team at this Dunkin’! I’m a newcomer to their coffee menu, but the drive-thru experience was seamless. I had a specific request for a certain kind of milk and a few extra add-ins, and the lady taking my order couldn’t have been more helpful. She was so patient as I figured out exactly what I wanted. The positive vibes continued at the pickup window, where I was greeted with a huge smile. It’s clear the staff here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about making customers happy. My drink was delicious and made exactly to my specifications (see photo!). If you’re looking for great coffee served by the kindest people in town, this is the spot to go.”

Fantastic Dunkin location. My drink was made near perfect, much better customer service than the location off of Manchester as well. The woman said their AC had been out all day and she was sweating, I felt terrible for her! Her positivity and humor prevailed and she was so sweet given the circumstance; even apologizing for a small wait because she was backed up. Treating customer service workers with a little bit of kindness is the way to go, it isn’t an easy job especially without AC!

On 28 nov 2025 approximately 5:10p I ordered a medium toasted white chocolate signature latte, hot. When the associate tried to hand me an iced drink, I inform him that’s not what I ordered. I ordered a hot drink. He says it doesn’t come hot. But that is a lie. Even the app says it can be ordered hot. It was less than 40°F outside, why would I want an iced drink. And wouldn’t it be better to tell me at the speaker box if a drink can be hot or not? Regardless he lied to me and I’m disappointed and went to get coffee elsewhere before work.

Food is great. Do I really only get 6 circle hash browns in a meal per sandwich? I came multiple times where they didn’t have sausages and another times no hash browns. I never really see smiling faces either. I only go here because it’s close to work. My sandwich today was burnt and I’m sure the cook wouldn’t eat it.

Awful, awful, awful! Short (less than half – see pics) poorly made drinks, long wait, rude people. Got contacted by a manager about this, promised a coupon for new drinks, but he lied and I’m out $12. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Hope this review costs them much more than a couple screwed up mochas.

The food sucks as usual for a Dunkin’, but the service was slow, barely understood what we were ordering at times, and it took forever for them to get to us. I don’t know why I keep going to any Dunkin’ locations, I swear it’s always the same sub-par donuts, barely edible food, and same messed up drink orders. How hard is it really to make a frozen chocolate? It’s just a cold hot chocolate…

Service is always excellent! We always ask for a variety dozen and let them pick, and have never been disappointed, every donut is as delicious as the last. This time they gave us a special mix of Halloween donuts, my favorite holiday! This location is the best!
