Ordered a hot latte at the counter but got an iced latte. I didn’t ask for them to fix their mistake because any semblance of accountability can constitute you as a Karen nowadays & I’m not for the drama. Besides that the staff I interacted with were friendly.

I feel like I should know better than to go to Dunkin’ Donuts at this point. Workers aside, Dunkin’ as a business is just trash. They charged me over a dollar more for an iced oatmeal latte just because I didn’t place the order online. If I wanted to spend over $7 on an iced latte I would’ve gotten the Starbucks. At least the quality would’ve been better, and the same drink I ordered from Starbucks would’ve been a dollar cheaper whether I ordered on the app or in person.

I placed a to-go order. When I went to pick it up my beverage was incorrect. I tried to clarify by showing the receipt on my phone. The woman responded that it wasn’t her problem. I have never had a worse customer service experience.

The lady at the register was horrible. Very rude, speaking very loud and overtalking the customers. Completely disregarded my question when I asked about discount for healthcare workers just kept asking if I Am getting coffee or anything else. Was in a total hurry. I have never been more upset ordering coffee form Dunkin donuts than today. Never coming back here ever again.

I ordered a drink and the guy at the front gave me the wrong drink. When I told him that wasn’t what I ordered he said that’s what you said and that’s what I made when I pointed to something totally different. He didn’t even care to make my right drink. I tried the one he gave me to be nice but it was gross and I gave it back. They didn’t even offer to make me my right drink or give me a refund on my wrong drink. Won’t be going to this one again. And urge others to stay away if you want your order right!

It’s been over a year since I was last here so we decided to stop in & get breakfast. I was upset to find they were out of so many things. For instance I wanted the Big & Toasted, and they were out of the bread they normally use so I had to get it on a croissant. I cant drink coffee so I was looking for juice. They were out of apple and orange. I feel like we got overcharged for food we didn’t even really want. So disappointing!

I wish I can give it zero stars. Ok where do I start, I found a hair in my drink several times. They also don’t change their gloves after they touch the money when handling food. They also used expired milk in my drink and I had to go to the hospital twice. DO NOT COME HERE, they are so unsanitary and dirty it’s so disgusting.

The workers that speak to you in English work hard and fast to make your order the way you like it every single time. And it doesn’t take long to become a regular here. Come in a few times and order the same drink a few times and they will have it made and waiting for you when you get to the counter. Change your mind? Wanna try something else? No problem! They don’t make you feel obligated! Seriously one of the best Dunkin’s ever!
