We make the 30-40 min drive to Big Eye on a pretty regular basis to specifically get our sushi and sashimi here. We get the sushi boat for two, or I get the sashimi deluxe if I’m by myself. The fish is always the freshest, top notch presentation and friendly service. First time posting but have been here at least 10 times in the year & a half since a local reccomended them to us. Always consistent. Highly recommend!

i am only reviewing the crab rangoons when i say… please do better! i often order sushi here and it is fresh and delicious. but 5 of these half-bite sized rangoons for $6???? one item i will definitely never purchase again. the crew here is amazing and friendly, though :).

The sushi here is wonderful! My girlfriend and I had sushi rolls. Spicy tuna spicy salmon The Boston roll and two more of the specialty rolls, OMG and Sweet Girl. All of them were very good. I highly recommend getting this place a try.

We found this place by pure luck, and boy, were we glad we did! Delicious food with incredible prices. I got three rolls plus an order of sashimi, and my check only cost $22, you can’t get a deal like that anywhere else! My friend tried their tofu sushi roll and said, while eating, that he couldn’t wait to come back and have it again. Husband had the Singapore noodles and said it was the best he’d ever had. We definitely look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

Excellent sushi. Fresh and well prepared. Japanese classics are also very good would recommend the mango chicken stir fry if you do not want sushi. This is located in a small strip mall near the summit mall. It has plenty of parking in front of it. There is also never a wait. The prices are also very reasonable. Service is prompt as well. All entrees also come with soup and salad.

Surprisingly reasonable pricing for the quality they lay down!
Started with salmon hand rolls. Nice amount of fish, decent job rolling, a nice hand roll with really good salmon.
Next up was my chirashi. It’s one of my favorite orders because ordering it basically is an invitation to the chef to show off. Unfortunately, they didn’t really do much showing off but they did present a good chirashi. Plenty of fish even if a little short on variety. No tamago or ebi (thank you!) to distract. I appreciated the little bit of seaweed salad as well.
A solid choice for sushi in a part of America where sushi generally isn’t what’s for dinner.

We were looking forward to trying this place based on other reviews, however it was extremely disappointing. Ordered 4 different rolls and they were all bad. The fish did not taste fresh at all. Miso soup had a dirty sink water taste. Will not be returning.
