Nothing worse than feeling like a burden to the staff. I was the only person in the store at around 11am and it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The person who finally took my order was not friendly and looked put-out. I ordered 2 black coffee’s and 25 Munchin’s but learned they only had 3 types of donuts to choose from (after I got home I realized they were stale). Eventually an order was placed on the counter with 3 coffee’s but noone ever called it out, so I stood there for 10 minutes thinking it was not mine. I finally approached the counter and saw that they charged me for 3 coffee’s, not 2. When I told the person who took my order that I only ordered 2 coffee’s, she argued with me. She reluctantly provided me a refund for the $3.00, then walked away without a thank you or a sorry. Very disrespectectful, I won’t be back!

I placed a mobile order online last night and received a receipt and confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:45, the store was closed with a handwritten sign “closed at 5”. I came back the next day to retrieve the order that I paid for and they REFUSED to give it to me. I offered my receipt and all. Their excuse was “we don’t have your ticket” and “we closed at 6 or 7 yesterday”, although they are set to close at SEVEN. In actuality, they close at EIGHT. I made it clear to them that I saw the sign said they closed at 5, didn’t appreciate that bald-faced lie, and asked to speak to a manager but there was “no manager on duty” at the time. I’m still yet to receive my order or compensation …

I went to this location and brought in a coupon to get a box of free donuts. The man at the counter said the coupon was good and even took it back to a computer where he checked it and stated it was good. He then tried to get me to leave the store and go to a different location because he felt that he didn’t have a big enough selection of donuts for me to pick from. He listed what they had and what donuts were accepted by the coupon. I picked only the donuts that were accepted by the coupon. I also purchased some coffee. Then when it was time to checkout the man took the coupon and scanned it. He then told me my total which did not include the coupon I asked him if he added it and he stated yes. He then gave this story that someone from corporate created these false coupons. He then proceeded to say that they got let go. Then he refused to take the order or honor the coupon. I feel that the man at the counter should have accepted my coupon since he checked it twice and listed off what was acceptable for the coupon. He then kept the coupon and my donuts since I was not going to perches them. I did pay for my coffee during this transaction. I feel this was very shady and that I was cheated out of my coupon. If he approved it more than once then he should have given me my order. I have been going here for over a year and I will never come back again.

Dunkin Donuts is my favorite, and I usually have a great experience. This was my first visit at this location and I came during a slow afternoon. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and pumpkin, which the clerk asked me to repeat 3 times. I kinda had a bad feeling, but was already at the window and just went with it. Well, instead of what I ordered, I got a medium iced tea with cream and no pumpkin. I was 15 minutes away before I could take a sip, so I was too far to warrant going back. I used to be a barista and don’t fret over small mistakes in drinks, but considering it’s the wrong size, beverage, and flavor despite clarifying 3 times, I won’t return to this location.

Ive been to hundreds of Dunkin donuts and they have all been great. Although this one here is so unprofessional, and rude. I asked for a manager after going back and forth with a hourly worker to remake a coffee that was made incorrectly and they claimed there wasnt one on duty. I would like to speak to a franchise owner in regards to their workers poor behavior and customer service. I am personally a business owner myself and the way they handled the situation is not how business is done.
