it was my birthday and my app wasn’t working right and they hooked me up with the 12 count of cinnabons! the manager was amazing and everyone had a great personality! would definitely recommend this taco bell!!

Very poor customer service, very rude and the store is nasty like they don’t clean, ordered nacho fries that were unseasoned and cold. Food was just thrown on the counter and staff walked away without saying anything. The general manager should be embarrassed same goes for the owner

Last few visits have been horrible!! Chalupas were so hard that we could barely bite into them. Always missing something. No sour cream but charged me for a Supreme box…..a supreme means it has sour cream!!! Smh!! Employees are ALWAYS playing around & in lobby communicating with friends etc & need to be adhering to their job duties!! I will not recommend this establishment as I use to , that’s for sure!! They need to vamp up their customer relations & they need better training for their management team as well!! Get it together Taco Bell!!

I stopped going to Taco Bell about 7 months ago because most of them in my area had rude employees, badly made food, dirty kitchens, slow service or a combination of all four! This location is the exception and has restored my faith in Taco Bell. If ALL of their stores modeled this one, I would be a regular customer again. Kudos to the manager on shift and the young gentleman working the register who greeted me when I came in. Thank you for the awesome service

They gave me wrong order even after placing it online. How can you serve chicken when the order is for cheese quesadillas? This is not acceptable on so many grounds. Later, when I went there to complain, nobody came out to listen and I waited till rest of my order was getting cold. After they made me another quesadilla without any apologies or even acknowledgement of their mistake. I understand fast food servers are really busy, but they should be mindful about how they prepare vegetarian or other special orders.

I had to update my review!! I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! Jamir (I apologize if I misspelled it ) was SO PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE!!! An EXCELLENT example of great customer service!! The whole crew was excellent! My food was fresh and my order fulfilled in quick fashion!! All the other late night fast food restaurants in Henderson need to take your example of quality food and service!!

I mean it was taco bell, you get what you pay for mostly. I got a 3 cheese flat bread, and it was superrr hot, ladies behind the counter were nice enough didn’t talk much, but all of its automated in there.
