Besides coffee, I have a new favorite drink at DD/Dunkin. It’s the Raspberry/Watermelon Refresher! I order mine with water as the base so I can really taste the Watermelon and Raspberry. It’s ‘Amazing’!!! Sometimes an employee will struggle with my request to use water as the base, but when I explain why, they get on board.

Best Dunkin in this entire area. They always get my order right and always have the donuts I ask for and they few times they don’t they add an extra one in there. That’s how you know their customer service is the best. They go out of their way to make sure I come back and I definitely do.

Terrible customer service. Doot says open and sign says open till 8. Left me outside on a cold winter day. I was waiting to meet a friend. Bought a coffee and then she locked me out of lobby. Employee still inside working drive through. Told her signs all said open and door open. Very rude. Told me to get out. I will never come back here. Coffee old and burnt.

Has to be one of the worst dunkin in the area. All other dunkins add 2 cream and 2 sugars for small coffee this dunkin always adds 1 cream and 1 sugar. And they also charge for extra for extra flavors!! All other dunkins don’t charge for extra flavoring
