I had the worse experience ever today. The owner lady was very rude and mean. She doesn’t have enough people helping with customer service. Machines were beeping constantly with no one to give them attention. I’m wonder how she treats her employees. I will never stop by ever again. Respect and kindness are the key for a successful business.

I stopped to this location with some friends because we were starving… Huge mistake! I paid $4.47 + TAX for three donuts! If that was bad enough, they slaughter my Iced Macchiato! The taste of my favorite drink was so bad that after few sips, I dumped it in the garbage.

Came in around 2:30 pm. Sat quietly drinking my coffee. Suddenly the place filled with 5-10 young teenagers. A few were very loud. One boy and girl were running in and out of the door, she was screaming loudly, they sat down and she continued to scream. What is this, a playground for teenagers. The manager was there and could have easily told them to leave or quiet down. The noise was unbearable, I had to leave.

I work in the area and get breakfast here often. Normally my experience is very good however, this morning was different. I ordered the same iced coffee I always drink and it did not taste right. The coffee was bitter and sour as if the sugar had been replaced with something else or the cream had gone bad. I told the man at the counter (others called him Danny) and he acted as if he could care less about me or how my coffee tasted. He was disrespectful, rude, and made me feel like I was not a valued customer. The new coffee he made me was just as upsetting as the first and I left feeling very under appreciated as a frequent customer. Seeing this employee again would make me uncomfortable and therefore I will not be returning to this location.

WORST PLACE EVER. If I can rate this place a 0 star I would. The cashier rasmika is so rude. There was food in my hair, don’t come here!! She’s so disrespectful. && doesn’t even wear gloves, always treating her staff bad. Someone needs to fire her! She told me to stop speaking my language, how rude can she be?
