Everything is always way too sweet! I asked for a small, plain coffee frappe, and it tasted like straight toffee syrup- couldnt even taste coffee or espresso. Also, a tall was somehow almost $6!?

Staff is usually super sweet. There are a couple of older girls that can be kinda snippy, but other than that, they are wonderful. Drinks are amazing. I with that, they put drink stoppers on drive-through drinks though

Poor experience today, I purchased almost $30 worth of food and drinks and I had 2 pastry items that were hard as rocks. The almond croissant was baked to a crisp, burnt bottom and hard to even bite into and then a banana bread which has been probably sitting out getting dried out for days now since they were closed Sun and Mon. There goes $6+ Dollars down the drain.

We came through the drive through last year with our dog, Koda. Sadly he was getting put down that day due to severe aggression. We told the workers what was going on, and paid for a few items to feed our dog. They went above and beyond. They gave us a few free items that the workers themselves paid for. They filled the biggest cup they had with whipped cream, caramel and dog bones. He absolutely loved it. My husband and I aren’t huge fans of Starbucks, but we will continue supporting this location because of the love they gave our special boy.

It’s always busy but usually always gets in and out fairly fast. I have to say that there is an older woman who is usually at the drive-thru (not sure on her name) that needs to better her customer service skills. The times I’ve been here, she always gives rude looks and does not even try and communicate or even seem like she wants to be there. I get that the job probably isn’t always fun, but it makes me not like going to this location as much.

I usually go here for coffee before I head into work. I always go through the drive through so I can’t comment on what’s inside. I would give them a 5 star because they are almost all super sweet, quick and always get my order correct . But there is a lady named Sue That always seems to be the one to take my money and hand me my order. She rips cash out of my hand, barely gets my coffee to my hand before she lets go so I have to be careful so she doesn’t just drop it on the ground and down the side of my car. She’s always giving dirty looks and makes it an unpleasant experience and she makes me not want to that particular location again.
