The absolute best Dunkin Donuts ever!!! The donuts are the freshest I had in a seriously long time. The iced coffee was perfect. Employees are on top of it and super super friendly and helpful.

Hi I have been a loyal customer for years. I went to go pick up 2 donuts on my visit and because they were closing and had so many donuts left I asked for a couple for my family. I was word for word told that if I want to have them I would have to dumpster dive for them because they won’t give them to me but they will throw them out. I thought this was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Along with this the workers were smoking in the back. I will never be going here again.

I ordered an ice latte with caramel and whip cream, it had no caramel or whip cream. To top it off it tastes like water. The most disgusting part, is the grilled cheese. They didn’t even let it toast or melt. The whole thing is just cold. Worst experience in a Dunkin’ Donuts ever. If I could give it zero starts I really would.

Rude customer service. Rude employees. Different prices than what is on display. Do not have half the items and you can hear them laughing while ordering. Customer service is not hard, but here it is. This is 10 in the morning with two extremely rude ladies (Saturday) if anyone working there cares to figure out who actually was there today.

WOW! Stopped here to get bagels and coffee for a meeting at Niles North HS. The store is amazing and the manager (Joe) could not have been more helpful and energetic. The experience made my day. He even threw in this awesome mug!

Awful. Not sure why I go back but this is it.. today I get a matcha late and they filled the entire cup with so much ice, I could barely get my straw in and was done in about 4 sips. Management, step up your game!!
