Best Casey’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is great! Full of friendly people who do their jobs extremely well! Day hours can be pretty busy at this location yet they always have hot food in the kitchen area stocked and any line at the registers moving. Overnight is also great still keeping hot items stocked, you always see somebody keeping the store cleaned and great service from the staff!

Kinda funny giving a gas station a bad review knowing its not gonna do anything. I had a long drive and stopped by to get some drinks and cigarettes to freshen up, gave them an expired license and they said they couldnt take it. Told them to wait a minute, went to get them my temp license and this young man with a beautiful head of hair said it wasnt a license. One of his co-worker who happened to be from Texas had to explain to him that in Texas, when you renew your drivers license, they cut your old one and give you a piece of paper (temporary license) while waiting for the new one to arrive in the mail in 2 weeks. The guy ended up refusing to sell me anything because I was disrespectful. I might have complained a few things about the system and my english might not have been my first language, and and I might have shown a frustrating attitude while I was there, but pretty sure I wasnt anymore disrespectful than he was. Shout out to the ladies who were nice and helpful.

The 20th street Casey’s in good ol’ Joplin, MO is one of the cleanest and well maintained facilities. I love that all Caseys stores offer free air. Nothing more annoying than getting the low tire pressure notification, paying to use the air and then have it shut off before you can get enough air in your tire(s). I personally do not fill up with gas from Casey’s due issues I have had with my gas cap sensor throwing an error after filling up. It might be due to ethanol in the gas, but I was unable to find a sign stating ethanol is in this gas. Pizza and sandwiches are great here and made fresh daily.

This Casey’s is the slowest and worst managed in town. Everytime I’m in there they’re training someone on the only open register. Takes forever because they have to talk about every transaction… And gossip about how bad their coworkers are. There’s always a line of at least 6-8 people just wanting to pay and get on their way. Instead you have to stand and wait and wait… Too long, really. How about taking care of your customers instead of using your busiest time to train someone while customers have to wait on YOU?! Also, no one in the pizza making area and out of everything. Very Poor management all around.

Formerly a 5 star review this particular Casey’s no longer meets the corporate standard of excellence. I blame specifically the assistant manager. Extremely pathetic service as she was at the counter denying me option to pay with quarters. My intentions were to leave positive reviews for establishments as we came into the new year… so she wanted to argue with me as i was paying and i let her know how unhappy i was. And did not have the time or patience to put up with her shenanigans. To identify this assistant manager she is white 5’7″ish 260lbs+ perhaps with tattoos on her right arm maybe both. I think dirty blonde hair. This woman should be given a position somewhere else.
