I order from the app and getting my coffee was taking longer and longer. So to accommodate, I was putting my order in 15 min ahead of time. Still, when I pulled up it wasn’t ready. And when I point it out, they say “ok” and LITERALLY drag their feet while going to get it. And then hand it to me with no apology. It’s been months. Today, i finally told them I’ve had enough. I’ll go out of my way to order my coffee from a different location bcuz they clearly don’t care about their customers here.

Lately, I’ve been experiencing a series of mishaps with my drink orders at this location, which I feel need to be addressed. On multiple occasions, the details of my orders have been overlooked. For example, despite my ticket clearly specifying a hot beverage, I received an iced drink instead. Another time, I ordered a cold brew with cold foam, only to discover that the cold foam was missing.
These slip-ups have become a recurring issue. It’s the little things that count, and consistently getting them wrong starts to become frustrating. I hope to see improvements soon, as I’ve always enjoyed coming here for my coffee fix.

This D&D used to be super quick, but for some reason they became so short staffed that you have to wait 30 minutes for a drip coffee or just a bagel. Those currently on staff do not care. Management, what are you doing??

Best service in experienced at ANY DD stores within 10 miles radius that I have been at. Morning staff is great. Always the right order, some even remember your name or call your name based on your order. Afternoon and evening shift can use a boost but I am sure they dont have that much traffic as mornings. Very happy with their service.
