Quite literally the worst latte I’ve ever had. Only went there because I had a coupon. They took it, and then after seeing the receipt I asked if the coupon was applied, another guy came to the window rudely demanding to see the coupon, which she had already taken. Instead of telling me the coupon was only available at Minneapolis and Rochester area locations she just didn’t apply it. The people were unfriendly, the coffee sucked, and now I fully understand why I’ve never been there and won’t be back. If you like bad coffee and less than desirable service this place is for you.

We stopped in towards the end of the day. They were closing within an hour. We ordered 50 munchkins and a couple of other donuts. The wonderful lady who helped us gave us some extra munchkins since they were closing soon. Everything was super fresh and yummy!!

I am giving a five star for the customer service Ra gave at this location. I had my coffee made wrong this morning. Although it was an inconvenience to have to drive back after discovering it was made wrong. I was grateful for the great service and correction of the wrongly made drink. It’s rare to have such great customer service these days!

Waited at counter without being greeted for several minutes. When greeted was made to feel like an inconvenience. I know we are all understaffed but communication or even a brief “hello I’ll be with you shortly” goes a long way. It was also so cold on there, people took their things to go as it was too cold to sit down and enjoy.

The breakfast taco was alright. Could work on getting the taco more stuffed. Donuts never bad. Could get the doors to be accessible please for us supporters. The Hispanic lady in the boring was so kind. I missed up on my donut order and she didn’t mind correcting the issue. Thank you. The place is too tiny and seats were hard to enjoy while you’re there.

I love Dunkin but this location is a hit or miss. It seems everytime I go the staff is always bickering and the service takes a while and sometimes the order is not correct. It’s kind of hard to mess up an order when all I get is a iced coffee with caramel and cream.

I’m a regular. To say the least. I always have great service. Only once did they get my drink wrong but it was still amazing. Plus the pups get overly spoiled with their pup cups.

Honestly this is the best Dunkin’ donuts. Twice a week I get the frozen butter pecan coffee and two snacken bacons in the morning. My drink is always perfect and bacon always delicious. I live in Woodbury but the quality is just not the same.

I honestly have no idea why I still try this location. It’s either a disgruntled rude employee with a bad attitude or they get my order completely wrong. Today it was getting nothing I ordered unless I saw them bag it.

Donuts are fine, the coffee was so hot it burned your mouth and was undrinkable for about 45mins. The eating area was filthy the floor and tables all where covered in filth it’s definitely been weeks since the floor has been sweeped or moped. Tables where covered in food scraps and sprinkles. The heath department definitely needs to pay them a visit to clean up this place up. I can’t believe how filthy the dinning room was.
