I come here multiple times a week and always order the same thing. The iced caramel craze latte. They gave me the wrong thing today, when i inquired i was told that was what i ordered….. they then proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong. Lol. No one else has ever had an issue with my order before. The menu has ONE “Caramel Craze” anything. Been coming since April several times a week and usually have a great experience but this was NOT it. They then repeated to me to make sure I order right the next time. Lol. Starbucks takes too long but they at least don’t give lip when they mess up.

I went in and I ordered two large iced lattes. What’s the point of ordering a large if they’re going to give you the same amount as a medium? The girls were very rude and unprofessional when they made mistakes with my coffee. Will not be coming back here. The last two times have been the worst customer service, and my coffee’s tasted terrible.

About once a month I think to myself “this time will be different” and I decide to pick something up on my way to work. I place a mobile order before I leave home, I drive 5 minutes to the store, I go inside to pick up my order, and then I wait 15-20 minutes for my order of a single doughnut and a coffee.

Came in on a Sunday with my dad, we were rushed in and out. Short girl with dark hair, fake tan & lash extensions was super rude. You’re not so important that you can’t be kind. Selection was picked over, donuts were honestly nasty & didn’t taste fresh. Would rather go to the one on Merle Hay.

Walked in and waited 5 minutes at the counter while a worker was chatting with her friend at the drive thru window. She had seen me but ignored me. Finally she waved someone from the back to take care of me. Horrible service. The girl who finally took care of me was very pleasant.

Never enough staff and when they do have staff they get the order wrong. The tables are also dirty. This is my 3 rd time here. I’m just going elsewhere from now on. Went inside and told they weren’t taking orders inside and that I’d have to go through drive through.
