I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lebanon Rd. and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff is incredibly sweet and hardworking. They greeted me with warm smiles and took my order promptly. Not only were they friendly, but they also handled the rush efficiently, delivering my order with remarkable speed. It’s evident that this Dunkin’ Donuts team goes the extra mile to ensure their customers leave with a smile on their faces just like the staff wear on theirs. Corny, for sure, but this place has made my morning when I simply wanted a cup of coffee. I highly recommend this location for a delightful and quick caffeine-fix with a side of fantastic service!

So disappointed. Used to be super soft light, airy and fresh. At 8am on a Saturday though all 3 filled donuts were tough and heavy. Probably were brought in frozen. I worked at DD back in the day and we fried our own fresh, and we would pull off the donuts when the texture got light this. Only sold fresh and soft.

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin’! Will never return. Would give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and tried to order a donut, the employee told me it wasn’t available. I asked which seasonal donuts he had available and he responded with, “come inside, I’m not talking.” Beyond disappointed with this customer service. There weren’t any other customers in line, so it’s not even like we were holding up the line.

Hello Dunkin Donuts, I don’t know why you don’t carry out some inspection or something on this DD location. Staff is very rude, the guy literally said he doesn’t have time if you want to wait then wait as I’m the only one working in this store. Why do you hire people like these? If they can’t speak nicely to customers for 1 freakin minute, then why are you letting them run this store? They don’t even have good communication skills or know how to speak english. I’ll never go to this store again.

Worse coffee shop ever! The employee was the rudest person I ever met! He didn’t follow the veterans day promotion of a free donut and coffee. Said only army was being served. The Arab server didn’t even follow the DD regs and disrespected veterans. Supporting veterans is not shopping here! Horrible place with trash service! Shopping here is disrespecting the USA.
