I have only had 1 minor issue at Dunkin. They gave me a plain donut instead of the chocolate I ordered. When I called to say something, they were very nice and were quick to offer a solution to issue.

Whenever we order through doordash our food is always put inside of a bag upside down so any frosting on the donut comes off they always forget at least one donut or they just plain don’t have what we order absolutely hate Fostoria Duncan Donuts don’t bother

I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order on the app. Upon finishing, the timestamp was 11:51. I left right away for the 5 minute drive. The drive thru is chaotic as the app orderers go through a separate lane and merge with others after they place their order. This means the staff have no idea what you ordered when you reach the window and have to ask you. I was told to pull forward to the next window. After a couple minutes the order was brought to me in a small bag. I asked about the drink and was told it was in the bag. It was not, of course, so after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru, I had to go inside. I had to yell 3 or 4 times to get their attention. Each time they acknowledged me but went back to what they were doing. The lady who told me the drink was in the bag was surprised when I said there was a drink on the order. She did not know what a Rockstar is and said they don’t carry it. I asked why it was on their app and she said they don’t have any control over that. A man finally gave me the orange juice I had asked for as a replacement about 10 minutes earlier, after telling me they do carry Rockstar but was out of it. I did not get the refund for the difference and was finally leaving at 12:50, an hour after placing the order. Once I returned home and microwaved the cold food, I realized the side of avocado for the English muffin was not in the bag. Very bad experience at the Fostoria Dunkin Donuts.

Very disappointed. I’m a regular at this establishment. Today I got told, quite rudely, that hey aren’t serving food ( such as sandwiches, etc). So I changed my order. Ordered blueberry muffins and coffee cake muffins. Received chocolate chip muffins. When I called the store, I got hung up on twice. When I finally got the ‘team lead’ she acted as if it was an inconvenience to HER that my food was wrong. She informed me that they didn’t have any blueberry muffins so they just gave me the chocolate ones instead. I’m allergic to chocolate, so now I have muffins that I paid for that are going to be just thrown away. I Asked if I could come back and either get a refund or something else. She informed me that I could come back TOMORROW to do that, as they were too busy right then.

I never go in so can’t say anything about the atmosphere. They’re always slow. You wouldn’t mind for a while and a donuts used to be really good. But lately when I’ve been getting them they’ve been dailed you could tell they’re already half stale

I never used to have as many issues in the past as I’ve had in the last two months. On two separate occasions now, I’ve ordered an iced chai latte and received black coffee with a splash of milk. And when we ordered sandwiches today, the wait was almost 45 minutes longer than expected and we STILL didn’t receive the right sandwiches (we ordered three and received one when the DoorDash lady arrived, and when she went back to fix it they all arrived and were all sausage egg and cheese, which still wasn’t what we ordered) and the sandwiches tasted off, reheated or like they had sat on the warmer. I know food service can get rough with rushes, but I’d rather have to wait for 45 minutes for the right food than get wrong food each time.

40 minutes in the drive thru line just to have a minor get angry. Needless to say they lost a daily customer. The owner needs to get involved and get more people to work or maybe she should help out. Here’s an idea….close the lobby and allow o ly drive thru if you are that short staffed. 90% of the time the coffee needs fixed anyways so I’m not sure why I keep supporting them. Also I think that if your employees feel the need to get nasty over the microphone they should be able to take it themselves. Society is going down hill…might as well give them all safe words.

There were 3 cars in drive thru total..each took,a long time and when I got to the window I,could see my drinks on the counter and one girl FINALLY came to take payment and said it would be a minute…4 mins later at least another girl came asked if I paid and handed me those drinks and I said the other girl should have done that and she said the other girl may not have realized…I DID! VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Always so delicious but the times you have to sit in the drive thru is horrible. It is never less than 20/25 minutes. If they could get faster at taking orders and getting food/drinks handed out it would be much better. The workers are also nice, some are totally friendly employees but some of the others seem like you personally ruined their life.
