The Burger King Employees are super kind, considerate and very good at their jobs. In the hamburger that Burger King sold me, I think I could see where the jockey kicked it. The meat was extremely dry and tasted like leather. I threw it in the trash. Wasted money. Sorry for the employees. They deserve to be able to serve the public a decent burger.

make sure to check your items before leaving.. my orders are rarely correct.. even when I order through the app. They will either make the sandwich incorrectly (for example no tomatoes), will almost never put cheese on your sandwich, even though they charged you the extra dollar for it or just flat out give you the wrong item and then argue with you or give you attitude when you ask them to give you what you actually ordered.

Why can you not use the app here. We were unable to order on the app for this restaurant. But we could use the kiosk inside to order which seems to be the same thing. We were just unable to use our deals on the app which seems strange. A nice BK to stop at if you the kids wants BK and you prefer to walk down two stores for a gyro or even 711 food.

Clearly the employees who work at this very ghetto Burger King are not experiencing the same inflation of food and groceries in the area. I came in to order two original chicken sandwiches with the big advertisement on the board advertising 2 for 7. Because I did not “specify” according to the young lady, that I wanted to for seven, She took it upon herself to charge me $12 for two sandwiches. When I asked for a price correction she simply said you didn’t say you wanted 2 for 7. Why wouldn’t I want 2 for 7!!!!!! Get real people!

I went through the drive to order a meal and decided to eat in the car at the parking lot. While I was eating, I realized that I didn’t receive my credit card back from the drive-thru cashier. So I went back into the store and asked that they return my credit card since they didn’t give it back. The shift lead says that within the 10min. period, someone came and asked for credit card so they gave it to someone else. So I asked if they give someone’s credit card without even checking ID or if it belongs to the correct person. The shift lead responds by saying that I’m stacking them threatening them because I was frustrated that they gave my credit card to someone else. I also asked if the other person left their credit card than there must be one more card left. They said no, which did not make sense. I asked for store manager and only assistant manager was available at that time. They tell me to just get new credit card and says there’s nothing they can do. No apologies, no professionalism whatsoever. The employees were the ones that were being aggressive and they passed one’s credit card to another without permission.

Is the worst Burger King in all of Northern Virginia. Both of the managers are extremely rude to customers. Corporate you need to fire these people and add decent humans. One guy names Andrew he’s extremely aggressive and danger he wanted to fight with me even he went outside the restaurant to look for me to hit me. And a girl name is Jasmine is also very rude and aggressive to us. It’s very nasty place and so dirty. I’m a private investigator agent I actually own the firm. I’m going to Sue the place and make sure that they need to train the employee because no one should be scared to go to a public restaurant. I made my investigation and they will learn. I called the head manager his name is Ricky he didn’t answer my call or call me back.
