Made a mobile order for in-store pickup. It located on the left end of the shopping center across from the Shell gas station. Arrived after the time of promise, but our order was not ready yet. Waited for two or so minutes to receive our sandwiches and sides. The breakfast croissant sandwich was layered. The Jack-O-Lantern Whopper was heavy in sauce. The Hash Browns and the French Toast Sticks were warmly served.

I have only visited this location for drive thru orders as I like to eat fast food in the comfort of my own home when possible. I usually place an order online/via app on my phone. My orders are about 99% correct most of the time. Food tends to be fresh and hot. Service tends to be quick and the workers are friendly.

This has literally has to be the worst BK I have known. Over two years I have been in the area, I have never seen a more sloppy, poorly ran, poorly customer oriented operation.

Been waiting on the drive thru window for my order for more than 10 mins.
I drove 20 minutes to this location after placing a takeout order, only to find out it hadn’t even been started. There were no customers in the drive-thru or inside the store—just the workers, who clearly weren’t doing anything. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Total waste of time.

Friendly and fairly quick service, but my order was wrong on 3 counts: my drink, my side, and no requested dipping sauce. If those items are not available, the kiosk should reflect that.

– I don’t think the food and place in general is up to code, a few hours after eating here we got very sick. Stomach issues and vomiting. Pretty sure it was mild food poisoning due to this being the only place we ate the other day.
– place was also not clean and organized.
– prices are normal for the area.
– parking was not that bad to find.
– inside was cold and just looked dirty in general.
– also had a women in there asking people for a ride somewhere, which was annoying to be asked a bunch of times after saying no.
– overall will not be returning to this location any time soon due to getting sick .

They are extremely slow. We waited at the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes; there were four cars behind us and they had to leave… then we waited another 20 minutes. It’s a disaster. Do not come to this place. The employees are rude and don’t even greet you.

We drove through here for a quick bite in the evening, after taking our order we were asked to wait in the parking area and that the food will be delivered.

The sink in the women’s bathroom is broken and there was no hand sanitizer or other solution given. When I calmly recommended that they provide hand sanitizer just until the sink gets fixed, Manny, the manager on duty, asked if I was going to give them the money for it.
