Walked in excited to try something new. Boy was a disappointment. Paid 45$ including a tip for a Greek salad and a carnitas bowl. Also a small urban fry. The fry was the highlight of the show.. but not enough for me to come back again.. the carnitas bowl was bland the carnitas was tough and basically a chunk of meat. And it came out cold.. the Greek salad was flavorless and way to much lettuce to toppings ratio. And the chicken was dry I dont mean like slightly over cooked i mean dry like cooked 3 days ago and sat in the fridge dry.. not acceptable at all will not be returning.

Always good, always fresh. One of the places I miss since I moved away from the Sacramento area years ago. I love their buffalo chicken salad, but I substitute roasted red peppers for the carrots and celery.

Got the BBQ tri-tip sandwich, delicious!!! Sweet potato fries were great. While it was a little pricey for the sandwich, there was a lot of tri-tip so it was worth it. I also got the bahn-mi sandwich, it was the same price as the BBQ tri-tip but had a lot less tri-tip and underwhelming toppings. Still good though, 3.5/5 on that one. The BBQ tri-tip sandwich + sweet potato fries alone bring my rating to 5/5.

Ordered through Toast which was super convenient. Our order was ready before we arrived. Located in a small shopping center with many places to eat, snack, and shop from. Plenty of parking. I walked in, there was maybe 3 tables occupied. Two people at the register, I walked up and asked for my order under my name. I was not greeted and the woman kinda gave me a look as if I was inconveniencing her talking to her coworker by asking for my order. She looked at the orders behind her, gave me the bag, I said thank you, and she continued talking with her coworker. ‍♀️ Oh yeah, the fries were okay, too. Nothing special. We got a small Urban fries and a small Garlic fries. The garlic was soggy, tasted like the garlic from the jar. The Urban fries were decent. The chili oil is a must, very good and the bleu cheese dressing is really good too. Overall, if you’re craving fries, I’d opt for another place.

Impossible taco salad…really good! Really tasty! But, the avocado had lots of black/rotten areas and the Impossible ‘meat’ was one big chunk. I also had ‘urban fries’, they were okay, but not nearly as flavorful as the salad. This was more fun when you could watch your salad being made…but honestly, the salads are better when you just choose one of theirs off the menu. Salad 4.5 stars, fries 3.5. But…super expensive! My meal was $24!

I wanted to give this place a lower review compared to what it was pre-pandemic, but honestly the food was pretty good!

Sandwiches and fries looked okay but I got the turkey with mashed potatoes and applewood bacon brussel sprouts. Turkey was super dry. They give you a lil cup with gravy, with the dry turkey I needed another cup but she almost straight ignored me when I was asking for it. Mashed potatoes were decent but they’re mashed potatoes so how could they not be okay? Sprouts were pretty disappointing as well. Not only were they cold but they just stuck with the dry theme. Plate was $20 with just water, so nah I won’t eat here again. The surrounding college will continue to provide a pool of customers but if you’re an adult you may as well go to Denny’s.

Usually a great experience but today was just short. My wife’s steak salad was just as usual but with much more fat on the steak and my Cali cheese steak sandwich had two large chunks of unchewable gristle in it, needless to say a disappointment. They have a good menu and items you can’t get just anywhere but today not up to par.

My food was served cold or actually barely luke warm. I ordered the turkey plate with mashed potatoes and cheese bread for my sides. My turkey was tough. Oh you get a tiny side of cranberry sauce. It’s so small they really shouldn’t even bother. It was definitely a waste of money and I wont be returning

I was in town for the Pinkstickers gathering at the Polo Fields with my pal Hardis Arok from Chitown, and he just had to get a salad! A Salad!
Well, we asked around a bit about where to go and Jack’s Urban Eats popped up more than the other joints, so we hijacked an Uber and went Lickity Split straight to Jack’s Urban Eats…and let me tell you something..When your inner self tells you it’s time for a salad, you can’t go wrong with a trip to Jack’s! The salad was Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
