Extremely disappointed in the way this Dunkin is ran. When traveling on the road the last thing you want is to spend $25 at a coffee shop just to drink milk. I addressed it with the waitress (younger, short, dark hair) and she was arguing back instead of simply fixing the issue of making my coffee full of milk and has the audacity to charge me for another shot of espresso when she’s at fault. Then followed by my order completely being wrong for food and had to remake it and both ladies caught an attitude. Management needs to address these issues

Absolutely the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with at a business. The cashier is just angry at the world. The younger employees seem to have a reasonable attitude and do their tasks well and quickly. The older woman at the register is the absolute opposite. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone in a retail situation with a worse attitude.

The food and coffee was great like always. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely not what we expected. We had an unfortunate miss understanding in our order. We were met with an extremely rude tone and words from the employee (I assumed manager because the nice kid we ordered from wasn’t the one correcting the order not the little gal who tired handing us the order.) I didn’t even care of the price difference (DD made some extra money off us) I just wanted sandwiches my kiddos would eat. I literally said hey we don’t talk to people like that it’s not becoming of a manager. But hey!!! Kudos the young man working there he was super friendly albeit very tired. The place was clean, like super well kept up with.
