I got the Louisiana Rub bone in wings an they was good as always, the cajun fried corn is always good an spicy. my only problem an only reason i’m giving 3 stars for food is because my fries was burnt and i normally enjoy the fries with cajun seasoning and fry seasoning but all my fries was burnt if i knew they was burnt i woulda checked at the restaurant an not when i got home… i tried to call(4xs) to inform them (i didnt even want compensation or a remake, just to inform them incase other peoples fries were burnt/hard) but no one answered the phone.. top of fries in picture & the bottom/middle of the fries in basket

No restaurant is perfect but the care and friendliness i received from the staff made up for it! Keep up the hard work! I have gone here for years and it has drastically IMPROVED immensely in the last couple months. The food is good but I am so disappointed with the big African guy who was working at check out. I never eat at that restaurant before so, I don’t know what exactly it is. Horrible. Made a 70$ order. I came in 30 minutes after I order it on the phone and it took another 2 hours to get out. I got it (after 2 hours) AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME HALF OF THE STUFF I ORDERED. I went back in to say the order was wrong and it took them another 30 minutes to give me a bag- when I checked IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. Went in one last time to get my order right and they said “we are serving other people first”. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR! They serve the white people first and are incredibly rude! When I asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds here! Such a waste of money.

worst staff on colerain ave…. when i first walk in to place my order they inform me they’re doing online orders only. the staff is all teenagers that play inappropriate music and play around in the kitchen. after waiting 20 minutes for my food, i go home and notice they forgot both of my sides of corn and my fries were cold and half full. i tried calling but of course they didn’t answer their phone, so i drive back and they acted as if they didn’t care cause it’s no authority in there at all. overall: chicken was good, terrible customer service.

Ordered my food through delivery didn’t receive one of my items so I called and they said they could remake it for me so I went to pick it up and customers had been waiting in line for HOURS for their food. Employees were blaring music and yelling, cussing and screwing off while the lobby was full of customers waiting for food. When I received the sandwich I was missing it was wrong and then had to go BACK IN to have it remade AGAIN and they had the nerve to just give me a cup of parmesan cheese to put on my (supposed to be garlic and Parmesan sandwich) when the sandwich they gave me CLEARLY had some kind of spicy sauce on it and then continued to argue with me about it being the right sandwich and refused me a refund. Never got my sandwich and never got my money back. The way those HIGHSCHOOLERS are running that place is extremely unprofessional and honestly needs a visit from corporate. Those kids need a reality check. Manager is also extremely immature and was laughing at the situation and calling me names as I was leaving the building. Just sad.

Ordered 75 wings, paid $65. My cheese fries cost extra but I did not get any cheese. The wings were good though. I thought the Louisiana Rub wings had great flavor. I just hate it when they charge you for something and don’t give it to you. Cost them a star.
