I asked for strawberry flavored ice cream. The youngster working did not bother to ask if I wasted any topping. Dude got the ice cream then proceeded to dump it on to a waffle bowl. Then gave it to me. I stared at him then he said oh did you want toppings? I replied yes! Strawberries pls. Oh I got strawberries alright. Just tossed on top on my ice cream. He did not even bother to put it onto the “cold stone” and mix them in. Worst service ever!

The young woman was working alone so it was 20 min before I got my fix. Her coworker was to come in at 3 and it was 315 and she was still alone. There were 9 customers in the store, I was 4th in line. She made me a fresh waffle bowl. I’d be screaming to the high heavens but in today’s society what can a lowly worker do? It’s the same issues at my job so I understand.

Literally every time I door dash here there is an issue. The first time they didn’t put the ice cream in the freezer after they made it so I had to wait for them to make it again. I’m here now as I type this review waiting again for a door dash order. When I walked in the young lady asked me who i was picking up for. She looked at the line and saw they hadn’t been made she asked the other guy, heavily set guy with hair in ponytail (whose lazy and always seems like he doesn’t want to be at work) and he looked at her while I stood there and said no I didn’t make those. Can’t tell his name bc no one had a name tag. So here we are 15 minutes later waiting for ice cream that was preordered.

Past two experiences with this store have been horrible. July 6, placed a pickup order. They didn’t have the nondairy in stock. I had to demand a refund after they repeatedly denied giving me one, stating they could only make something with a different flavor. I had to stay about 30 minutes while an employee called their boss, and then left, waiting about an hour to receive a call about any refund. Did eventually get it a week later.
Today, Sept 6, placed a delivery order for nondairy, a creation they were promoting, and the delivered ice cream was the wrong flavor. Called the store, and they are again refusing refund, saying they have only been there three weeks and don’t know how and/or are unable to do anything. I’m currently out of that money until I can go up there tomorrow and attempt to speak to a manager. I paid extra for delivery and hope to get refunded- I guess we’ll see, and I can update this review then. But my time is definitely wasted. I’m extremely frustrated and will not order here again.

The young lady working 10/11 was dismissive when helping me. Had to wait for an online order that was said to have been ready 3 hours prior, and then given the wrong order . (Corrected before I left thankfully. )
She was also ‘correcting’ another employee by yelling across the floor that they need to do their task differently. Seems like communication needs a little work.
The gentleman that ended up helping me and correcting the order was working quickly and very friendly.

There’s not enough workers here and it takes about 10-15min for your order and cost about $10 after taxes for a large. I personally think the ice cream was delicious but for the price and time it’s probably not worth it.

Get the birthday cake shake it’s bomb! The new strawberry shortcake with vanilla wafers looks good too but that will be next time. Fast friendly service and the place is kept nice and clean. Freshly baked waffle cones IT SMELLS SO DELICIOUS INSIDE!

I’m very disappointed! I ordered a customized cake for my Husband’s birthday. I had to wait 24hrs for the cake to be made. The presentation of the cake was not worth the money I paid for. If you’re looking for a review on Cold Stone’s customized cake for a special occasion, this is a sign to NOT get it.

Overpriced for a chocolate devotion in a cone. I could have just purchased individual ingredients from the grocery store and made myself multiple times.
I’m not sure if staff was having a rough day but they surely did NOT have good customer service especially when my kid was trying to engage with them.…

Love this ice cream but went in today and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. The one girl seemed fine but we didn’t have her. We both got gotta have it’s and the amount is completely different from each others. Would have been a much different experience if they were at least friendly and didn’t just look at you with a blank face. Also, take your AirPods out it’s no wonder we had to repeat our order a million times. Neither one of us have eaten anything in these yet and my bf didn’t even get a spoon.
