this location has much higher prices from their items—- which i would not mind if it tasted like it supposed to, but every time i go the cap and latte are extremely watered down and tasteless. also, if you want whipped cream, be prepared to be charged additional $$. yes, that is correct, it is not included. it is extra.

I took my little boy for ice cream and the two boys and one girl working. One waited on me and kept talking to the other young man. Finally, took money and forgot to add ice cream because he was busy talking. I ordered one scoop and another two scoops. He pushed them across counter and pushed the spoons at us. My little boy said mom they are mean. The whole point to this is they don’t care how they treat customers. It’s like you’re a bother. Too busy goofing off. Also for 10 bucks I got two tiny cups hardly any ice cream. Made no sense. Won’t go back!

I am not one to leave reviews but hands down today is the worst service I have ever received in 14 years with over a 20-minute wait while they’re still trying to run people through the drive-thru and they can’t get hot food out. The cars are filling the parking lot up because they just keep telling people to pull up!?? Managers and owner should be aware.

The group of people they hired especially the one who works the window is rude and can’t finish a order before taking a new one. Don’t go here for coffee or food there is plenty of other coffee shops and breakfast places you can get food besides this one who will make your order right. Besides the awful service nothing is made right it’s the most inconsistent dunkin you can go too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i came into the store to get my usual small iced coffee with 25 cream and splenda and i guess the manager TAYLOR was having a bad day or something because she yelled at me and told me to go into the basement. I was PETRIFIED There was a fire breathing dinosaur down there (i’m pretty sure he said his name was billy but i don’t rlly remember bc i was tramatized) and he said he was going to eat me i tried to escape but it was too late…. now i’m literally dead. Sooooo disappointed! This is the pistachio almond ice cream I was given after having a scoop and realizing it was very old. Texture was almost like taffy and filled with tons of gummy gooey paste lumped together. Cant get anyone to contact me back for my refund and corp says this is a franchise. Just awful!

This location has got to be one of the worst ones. The coffee is never done correctly, unfortunately usually its flavorless even if you order flavoring. They need to hire employees who actually care about their job and the customers. Tonight was the final straw for me with them. Coffee was terrible and the donuts were hard.

Went to the baskin robbins side . 6:30 , after dinner . They were cleaning ( lol) the cooler so only 6 flavors ! My husband wanted a banana split . Was told they haven’t ordered bananas for awhile ! What ???? It’s june ! You’re an ice cream shop !!!! The ice cream we did get was half a scoop In a little cardboard container and it was ROTTEN !!!! DONT GO HERE !!!! ITS ridiculous and for 10 bucks for 3 half scoops all you’ll get is I’ll!!! NEVER GOING TO A BASKIN AND ROBBINS EVER AGAIN !!!!!
