They expect you to use kiosk. When you come in the door nobody even acknowledges that your even there, and there is not a sign stating please use Kiosk. Luckily everything was hot and fresh. Only complaint is there was only a selection of 4 different doughnuts .. Coffee just as good as Starbucks.

Service was great, I ordered a coffee and paid an extra $.50 for oatmilk bc I can’t have regular milk, and they made it with regular milk. This is the second time it has happened. Your staff needs to learn how to read instructions!

In 3 days I’ve visited this Dunkin Donuts twice a day each day. I was always greeted and taken care of Ina short time. Watching staff interact they were very profrsional and helpful. This is a good place for your coffee’s and other drinks or snacks

this is the worst dunkin’ donuts i have ever been to. coffee tasted horrible!!!! bacon was cold. bagel was burnt. awful!!!!!!!! i ordered a vanilla iced coffee and when i told them it tasted like there was no sugar in it, they thought it was funny to put hazel nut in it. i know what hazel nut tastes like. awful.

Ordered three croissants w/egg and cheese, when I realized they mistakenly put bacon I drove back 15 minutes for them to change my order. They thought it was funny to just take the bacon out and give me the same order back, if you care about yourself stay away from this place. I will be making an official complaint soon.

I really love Dunkin but this one really keeps messing up my order every time I go an I always hope for the best an get the worst.i have been over charged .they got my order messed so so i ended up paying for 3 different orders an they say they refunded me but they didn’t I look it up on my account my meals have not been maid the way I want then or so burnt that it dont even look like sandwich I order a chocolate galazed donut an they give me chocolate frosted my drinks dont tast good I say NO egg they give me egg I wish there was more than 1 in Spartanburg so i can go to the next 1 thi

I am a frequent visitor of several dunkin donuts locations here in SC, NY and many other states as I travel often. I am also typically a sole user of mobile ordering/order ahead since it was titled “on the go” ordering unless the franchise does not offer the rewards program. I seem to often run in to many problems at this location. Long lines, then not having the items that you placed an order for and paid for, not being offered comparable items, not knowing how to generate the receipt for mobile orders and today, the associate tried to tell me that because I placed a mobile order that I do not get a paper receipt. I always receive a paper receipt and at some locations, it has adhesive that allows it to stick to the outside of the product ordered. I informed the individual that I always get a receipt. She tried to lie and argue that mobile orders don’t get them, because the receipt is through mobile. She then said she threw it in the garbage. I asked her to get it and she said she wasn’t going to go in the trash to get it. I told her that I would just hold up the drive thru line until she did, because why would she throw it out. She said she did not care and closed the drive thru window. I put my vehicle in park and waited. She then returned approximately 10 seconds later with the balled up receipt and dropped it in my hand. This is definitely not the first time a location has tossed the receipt. Either their apologetic and I let it go, or they just go get the receipt. This employee however, was indignant and had some type of attitude as if I had been pestering her all day.
