I’ve been going here for the better part of the last year, and every time I go through the drive though, someone either messes of my order , forgets something. I’ve been having issues with the service workers who are normally nice but have been very snappy this past few weeks. This morning I order a medium sized frozen coffee and this is what I received.

I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant sandwich, microwaved too long got too hard before I ate it, wrong bacon. Grilled cheese sandwich barely toasted hardly no cheese. Coffee stayed hot about 5 mins. And a manager with very nice bling strongly told me only six hashbrowns $13.67 WOW The $ does not appear to be going towards the quality of food. Thanks Northfield Rd store for the early morning bust

Very happy these past two days. I used to come to this dunkin and it was an awful experience. I came back yesterday and they had a completely new crew and they’re awesome! Made my coffee correct,order was right and it was very good! Today, same thing Will come back daily if it stays this way.

Frozen butter pecan coffee for my birthday! I ordered coffee for myself and my boyfriend, and a hot chocolate for my daughter. They gave us the next size up hot chocolate for my daughter! The staff is very friendly and they all had big smiles on, which was wonderful to see.

This Duncan is a joke, I wouldn’t eat their food here or drink your coffee I’ve been working in the area for two weeks and have never seen lobby open have seen many many cars leave because the drive-thru is too long. And not worth the wait. Sorry but I give it a two thumbs down.

The coffee used to be really good now it tastes like slightly caffeinated water and the customer service is HORRIBLE. Their attitudes are terrible and they will argue with you when you ask for clarification when they didn’t give you any information with your first question . I used to go there daily and now Id rather drive to starbucks 20 min away or the dunkin in oakwood 15 min away instead of going to this location thats within walking distance from me. You guys really need to do better. I would almost never want anyone to lose their source of income but the workers here ESPECIALLY the older women who has the headset in the morning need to choose a different career path that doesn’t include customer service.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They always have an attitude and they mess up the orders 9/10 times. They also refuse to give refunds or fix their mistakes most of the time and the manager lies about it and treats people poorly. My boyfriend ordered a large iced chai latte with light ice and they handed it to him only 3/4 the way full. We went back around and said something about it and the manager refuse to fill it the rest of the way because it was light ice -even though my coffee was light ice too and was filled all the way- so we asked for a refund and the manager said they’re not allowed to give refunds. Do not go here. There’s no good way to even put in a complaint with corporate. I’ve wasted my money here on more than one occasion and I’m livid. NEVER going here again!!!

I went on a run me myself and coworkers one cowoker ordered her food through the app and when i got there it wasnt ready. My counter order was done before her order. They had to remake a drink 3 times im not sure if its the language barrier but they had no flow the were polite which did make the confusion tolerable
