Very ghetto, loud employees. Customer came in and asked for a Venti size. Employee became very upset stating, “We don’t know what venti is. We have small medium and large.” and was very upset. Another employee scratched her vagina with her gloved hand and continued to prepare hot orders. Manager matched the energy of his staff. Every table was dirty. I had to ask for one to be cleaned. Won’t be back. Also Food over priced, small portions, and appears to be microwaved and disgusting … I see why the ratings are low

12:30 PM Monday August 7, 2023. The worst workers I’ve ever experienced at this location, press they get the order wrong. She doesn’t even want to try to help me and fix it, giving me an attitude and cussing me out so trashy. This is not how you treat customer service, especially if a person was not disrespecting you at all and they were asking you to get their order, right, everyone was given an attitude they got no patience. They don’t need to be working there just the way you want to be served and talk to you with respect you should respect people as well. Customers are walking with your money to get some food prepared right for them. I don’t need my order to be messed up and I’m top of all that cussed me out. I will not be going to that location and I will be telling all my friends and family and spreading the word that this is the worst location now one time did I get what I want from that location? And these new faces I hope it’s training and they’re going to get it right one day.

I asked for my sourdough sandwich to be toasted, and it’s not. It even looks like it has a bite taken out of it. My hash browns are burnt and they only gave me 3 of them. And of course they aren’t answering their store phone. What a joke.

Absolutely ridiculous and unsanitary. As I was waiting for my beverage to be prepared, my family and I witnessed an employee sample an order by taking a sip out of the cup and then finish preparing it. When it was done, she proceeded to put ot on the tray for the drive thru window.

So I moved out here 7 or 8 months ago. I ordered an iced coffee w extra Carmel, extra ice and almond milk. They got it right once. After that they kept messing up my drinks to the point where I stopped going here. Last two times I’ve been here they messed my drink up then refused to remake it. Customer Service is horrible with some of the employees….The Manager (Jasmine) is rude and mouthy…she has no customer service skills and is rude to her employees….Stopped going to this location because they try to rush you thru the drive thru… don’t even let you complete your order and tell you to pull around…Go to another location to get the service a customer deserves.

Found a hair in food. I prefer the other one on W.117th in Lakewood, this place looks like they don’t take people’s food seriously. Also they messed up my cream and sugar. You give them simple directions 6 suger and 2 cream on the side and you get 4 cream and 4 sugar.
