Ordered a large Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee with extra pump of Butter Pecan. Dude hands me a medium frozen coffee. I said, “No, it’s supposed to be a large Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee with extra pump of Butter Pecan.” He said, “Oh.” Took back the drink and a minute later back out to gave me a medium Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee with no crunch crumbles on whipped cream. I said it’s supposed to be a large with the crunch crumbles and Carmel and chocolate drizzle on whipped the cream and gave him my receipt to show him what I got. By this time the dude was annoyed and took my receipt and the drink to the back. It made no sense to me why he took the receipt as he should of had an order ticket of how the drink was to be made. He then comes back a minute later and presents me with a large Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee. Only it wasn’t. It wasn’t anything like ordered. Even though it was in a large cup, the dude poured the medium drink he had been trying to give me into the large cup and filled it with whipped cream to give the impression of a large drink. By this time I had already been in the drive thru line enough, I accepted the dudes sorry excuse of a drink and drove off. If you can wait the extra 10-15 mins while traveling south on 23 go to the Dunkin Donuts by the Smoothie King. They are best Dunkin that I’ve been too. I hope this Dunkin’ gets better and their customer service gets better as well.

The munchkins were super dry and had no frosting on them. I also ordered avocado toast that was sour and the bread was super hard. I also had a cold brew with cold foam that had literally zero foam on it. The costumer service was horrible. the employees were rude at the order taking window as well as the register.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Usually I love the drinks, but their coffee does not taste right. I can never taste any of the flavor and barely get an milk/cream when I order it. Just doesn’t taste right. I keep giving second chances, but I guess this location is just not it. Maybe their other drinks are better, but I will be avoiding from now on..

Usually, I use drive-through and mobile order because I have a toddler and don’t want to wait around. The person at the window is rude 90% of the time, but as a former coffee shop employee, I kinda hold places like this to a high standard. The drinks are never consistent even when I order from my previous order it’s different every time. Last time we went, we got the snackin bacon as well, and it was cold and had visible cool, dried grease. That nasty fatty grease bacon gets.

I bought baskin robbins ice cream from dunkin store. It’s pre packed box, please please don’t buy pre pack ice cream box. It’s full of ice at the bottom. Picture attached, But Dunkin employee service was good. I am not at all happy with the food quality.

Received the worst customer service last night from a man clearly annoyed I was there 15 minutes before they closed. No hello, no thank yous, no have a nice evening. Was completely silent the whole transaction after ordered and he told me the cost at the window.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can understand someone not wanting to work but you don’t have to be rude to customers when they come in and completely ignore them. If you don’t know what’s on your menu, ask the manager that’s right beside you. The best part was that all of this happened with 0 other customers inside and only 1 at the drive-thru.

cute little coffee and donut shop, my mother in law and i stopped by, the lobby had a kiosk to order on or you can order at the counter. they were a little busy when we went but we were still in and out pretty quickly
