Muffin was not really done. Could get really baked/toasted more. Took the muffin out and just ate the egg and cheese. Could guess as it was under staffed as i was hearing they are multi tasking while ordering. Can do better i guess.

Was going to purchase a half dozen of mixed donuts to take home and never got a acknowledged at all they were to concerned with whatever they were doing . No one in drive thru and one to appear to be on break never told anyone else that I was standing at the donut case . I will never be back. I would like to have the district manager phone number to complain or better yet corporates number . This store is awful. No one makes eye contact with you then walks away like your invisible. I used to be a manager for radio shack never did I ever not greet a customer . I always said hello how are you . Them by not greeting is the best way for them to have theaft in there store. Like I said I will never be back ever

There was no customer before us, but the staffs at Dunkin’ counter did not offer us any assistance until another staff at the Baskin Robbin counter reminded them. Told the staff that we wanted the Halloween Munchkins Bucket, she told us the empty bucket is $3. Seriously? Asked her to fill it with the donuts, was told that they did not have any. This explained the Google Review rating for this place.

This dunkin is horrible. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel had mold on it. Also got a cup of water and the cup was stained all over with coffee marks. If you don’t want food poisoning, don’t go here.

I’m a regular at this location as this is the closest one to me, even tho it’s already 15-20 mins away. Every time I come here I am dissatisfied with at least some part of my order. The last few times I’ve came, I’ve gotten my coffee how I normally do. This location, idk if they water it down or what but it always tastes very watered down. Today I ordered loaded hashbrowns with extra queso (because let’s be honest they just plop a spoon full and call it a day) and I immediately parked to eat & the cheese was ICE COLD! Very unhappy as Dunkin is my safe haven, and I don’t complain much but when it comes to my food, I’m picky about it, especially when I work in a kitchen lol. Please, do better Dunkin!

I order bagel with cream cheese and I’m glad I checked my order first.
She gave me 2 mini bagel without anything . Then I asked to correct my order and here what I got .
Plain cream cheese with bagel but took my money for veggie!
This is not acceptable at all.
Also look at the hash browns! Ughhhhh

We’ve tried this location twice in the last week or so and both times we were blown away. The donuts were so fresh the first day, and the leftovers were somehow still fresh the next day. The coffee was also very good. Best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had in years.
